I read this a few weeks ago :) I loved it! So very excited to read the next one! Loved the new POVs and the ship travel and tournament were both so enjoyable :)
Ooook seriously, it´s one of the best sequels of the genre. Nothing of the usual dragging pace, nothing of the average story movement. Of course I loved the captivating story! But the increasingly significant emotional component did the trick for me. The relationship between Rhy and Kell, their bond and their fears.. It was awesome!!And don´t we forget Captain Alucard.
You guys are the best for voting it in. So good. I cant wait for conjuring of light. Her other titles are just as good.
Oh WOW! I just finished this book ... like just this moment and I can't even. I am so in love with everyone! Rhy and Kell are adorable. I LOVED the character development in this book, the relationship building! I am so invested in the lives of each and every character. It was a wonderful read, one of the best of this year for me. I cannot wait till Feb for A Conjuring of Light.
This book and the series is probably one of the best I've read I think, at least in a while! I love the storyline, I love the world, and I love all the characters and their relationships (with the exception of Lila, whom I find insufferable most of the time).. I'd recommend this book to anyone who enjoys fantasy! As to whether I'll pick up the next one, I'm not sure. When a minor character is annoying I can look past it, skip lines and all that, but when it's a main character that I dislike it makes the book difficult to read. But I love the story so so much, and I really want to know what happens with Kell and Rhy and Red London and White London and all of it! I don't know, I don't think I'll pick up 'A Conjuring of Light' the moment it's released but maybe at a point when I have little to read.
I just finished it yesterday and I'm fangirling way too hard! Cannot wait for conjuring of light, the ending of this one was just cruel !!
I am love with book and characters! Can't wait to read what's next!
