December 2016 Reading Challenge: What are we reading?

For our final challenge of the year, let’s see what the staff of Lincoln Parish Library has been reading and recommending. In the group’s Staff Recommendations, you’ll find a wide variety of genres, subjects, and titles and this month our staff is recommending the best books they’ve read all year. (Spoiler alert: My best read of the year is The Fifth Season by N.K. Jemisin)

Three of my co-workers have recommended The Final Empire (Mistborn #1) by Brandon Sanderson, so I think that is what I’ll be picking up this month.
