This translates to: second finalist in the tenth "Premio internacional para Jóvenes de Jordi Sierra i Fabra" (international Jordi Sierra i Fabra prize/award for youth)

Don't think the award is listed on GR yet.

That list you link to is of other awards won by books apparently published by the Jordi Sierra i Fabra Foundation, it's not a list of winners of the Jordi Sierra i Fabra award (confusing, I know).
