Name: Lattice CascadeGender: Female

Age: Eighteen
Appearance:
Personality: Lattice is a deadly smart, resourceful, and serious girl. She generally keeps to herself; she's found that she works much faster alone. This being said, she doesn't like being messed with and never lets anybody get away with it. She's a very good actress, as well; she knows that she'll really need to use that to her advantage in the Games.
History: Lattice comes from a long line of District Three rebels. She learned from her parents how to hack into anything and everything to do with the internet. They were killed when she was fifteen; they were finally caught, after years of breaking into Capitol files, and murdered right in their own home. The Capitol got her older brother six months afterwards. As for Lattice and her two older sisters... They were all still eligible for the Reaping. And so, for the next two years, the drawing was rigged to pull one of Lattice's sisters, as further punishment for their parents' actions.
Her eldest sister barely lasted to the top twelve in the 78th Hunger Games. Her next sister managed to outlast three fourths of her competitors, but died from a venomous snake bite in the 79th.
Lattice showed no weakness when they died. She watched every bit of their Games. She remembered all of their mistakes.
The Capitol won't know what hit them.

Strategy: Lattice is really banking on her smarts to save her, in the end. She knows she can use other things to help her along the way, but her brain is her one big weapon.

-The fact that the Capitol wants her dead from the beginning

Personality: Much like her name, Dare is very daring. She is ready for anything. She's a little closed off, but you'd do best to not antagonize her.
History: She grew up in district 2, and attended the fighting academy for careers. She intended to volunteer next year, but she was reaped this year. The designated tribute for this year had been about to volunteer, but she stared her down. She wasn't about to be a coward and wait another year.
Family: Her parents, and younger brother, who is 14.
Reaped or Volunteered?: Reaped.

Strategy: Join the career pack, stay with them for a while, then go rogue.
Strengths: Her strength, her knowledge of weapons, her training.
Weaknesses: She often forgets to think before acting...

Mackenzie. Did you completely read my mind? Because I just started, before you even posted, coming up with a boy for District Nine. Young, from the poor sector, starving, nervous, needing somebody to cheer him up. XD I'll add her.

XD I'm almost finished with my boy, now. It took a long time to figure out this kid's family! He has a huge number of siblings. I'd really hate to be him.

Age: Thirteen
Appearance:
Personality: Selton is a very shy, anxious boy. He is always worried about what horrors will come next in his life. He doesn't talk very much to people, until he feels comfortable around them, but when he does speak, it's usually something thoughtful that he has to say. He doesn't like to be alone, because he's used to being surrounded by family. The Reapings terrify him. What if he were to be chosen?
History: Selton was born into a large family living in the poorest sector of District Nine. They never had enough food to go around, so he got used to being hungry. A few of his siblings starved to death when he was around five years old. Those were the worst times.
But later, things got a little better. The mayor's daughter began to bring his family and other starving families food that let them survive. Selton never even knew her name... He just called her "kind girl," because it was only the times when she was there that anybody smiled, anymore.

Strategy: Selton doesn't exactly have a strategy. He knows that he won't survive very long at all if he's all alone, though. He needs an ally.

-Memory (I mean, with all those siblings' names to remember, he needs a good memory!)

Personality: Jon is extremely smart. A child prodigy with computers. Give him 5 seconds, and he can hack into almost anything. However he treats everything like a machine. He's not quite sure what to make of other humans. Machines, he gets. But humans? That's a whole new world...
History: He grew up in a small mansion in three. His dad was really big, knew how to work computers like a genius. He taught Jon everything he knew. He soon became a child prodigy with computers. Unfortunately, he rarely left the house because he was always working on some new complex problem, or fiddling with some sort of machine. Therefore... The only human he ever really knew was his dad. Who was a computer genius just like him. So... He's quite frankly perplexed by humans. He only ever really left the house on reaping days, and even then he was distracted.
Family: His dad. His mom died in childbirth

Bloodbath?: No. He will die pretty early on though, I think.

Strategy: He's not exactly sure. His tech skills probably won't come in handy in the arena... And those are really all the skills he has. Or so he thinks...
Strengths: His intelligence, and his computer skills. Although he really doesn't think that will help in the arena.
Weaknesses: He has no experience with weaponry, or humans, or nature, or really anything other than computers...
Other...?: VOILA. He is made. He sort of sucks, because I rushed, but VOILA.

Personality: Em is very sweet, and she's kind to everyone. She's the kind of girl who will smile no matter how hard it gets and who will get you to laugh no matter what's happening.
History: She was the third child of the bakers of the town. She had 2 sisters, and a brother. As the middle child, she would often disappear to go explore the town. She loved to sit in the meadow, and pick flowers, and occasionally she would even sneak out to the forest. She loved those days, because she loved the wildlife and the greenery. She knew she wasn't supposed to, so she only went rarely. Most often, she just went to the meadow, often with a book.
