He was running to the lake. He knew that there was always an animal there. Victor also just loved the lake. Peaceful but busy. Like him some days... But not all the time. He knew that he could have a temper. Not today however.

Vee finally reaches the lake. She walks to the edge and takes off her shoes. She sits down and slips her feet in the cool water, it sent shivers up her leg and to her spine. She closes her eyes as she relaxes.
Victor got to the lake. He stands on the edge, smiling wide in the moon's light. Reflections where only interrupted by circular waves that rippled across the surface. He looks to the other side, surprised. Was that... A human?
Vee stays still but moves her feet back and forth in the water, feeling its coolness run through her toes. She could hear the birds that were awake at this time. The little movements on land. It was quite, just how she liked it.
He smiles, his fangs out. It was, oh she'd be perfect. Victor started walking quickly around the lake. He wouldn't feel guilty, humans where skum. He had once been one, but that did not spare them from his... Not anger or hate... Dislike. That was it.
Vee heard steps and opens her eyes to look around. She finds someone, older then her and with dark hair. It was hard to tell how exactly he looked from where she was. But it seemed like her liked the color black. 'Why is he coming to me?' She thinks to herself a little scared. She slowly starts to take her feet out of the water to get up.
Victor raised an eye brow and sped up. He was soon beside her. "Leaving so soon? Or running very late?" He smiles, hiding his fangs for now. He wanted the girl to somewhat relaxed. "I must admit, you can easily lose track of time here." He looks over the lake again, this time with a sigh.
It was weird to be putting her shoes on with him at some distance and when she gets up he was right beside her, how could he be so fast she looks at him seeing him up closer. His eyes a dark color of purple and blue, just like him. "Yes it is" she agrees with him bot not trying t starts a conversation. She didn't even know him. "But i should get going" she says then turn to leave.
He moves to block her path. "Already? That's not very polite..." Victor grins. The girl hadn't been out here long. He could tell. There weren't barely any leaves in her hair, and she smelled of civilization, not the forest. "Can't we at least talk?" He tried to make small talk to calm the girl down. He never liked panicked meals.
"I..er.. I really have to leave" she insists going around him. She had nothing to talk about and she didn't want to talk to him. What she thinks about is 'how does he know how long i have been here?' She just wanted to get away from him. He had this weird thing about him that she couldn't tell, but it creeped her out
He moves again, blocking her path again. Victor shakes his head. "Now now, do you really think that what ever you have to go to is more important then making a new friend?" He sounded true and caring, a ruse he learned years ago. He just needed this girl to fall for it, then he could have his meal. It'd better be a good one.
She stood before him, it looked like he wouldn't let her go. "W-what do you want to talk about?" She asks a little frightened. She just wanted to get this over with and leave, never see him again. She takes a step back from him.
Victor shrugged. "Anything really... What's on your mind? Something has to be, or you wouldn't have come back to the lake." He smiles again, still hiding his fangs. He didn't try to advance on the girl, he would make his move when the time was right.
She thought about what her mind was in at this moment and it was him, being a starker. Why would he want to know about her. But then she thought about what had brought her here and just wanted to spill. "A fight" she simply says not looking at him but at the lake with her back to him.
He walks up behind her. "A fight? What kind?" He looks at her neck, making his mouth water. Victor's fangs come out, he couldn't help it any more. "Tell me more." He said softly, in a sing song voice. He started to go for her neck as she looked over the lake, being careful so she wouldn't notice.
"More of an argument. Between me and my parents" she says not holding back. "They never understand me. Its like I'm a five year old" she sighs in relief actually feeling much better. Maybe coming here was a good idea. She turns around to look at him while she thanked him. "Than...." She trials off as her eyes widen to see him.
He pulled back annoyed. He needed to feed, and time was not on his side. The sun would be up, much to soon for his taste. "Well well..." Victor grabbed her arm. "You weren't supposed to move..." His fangs stayed out. "I need to eat." He tries for her neck again.
Vee looked at his fangs, now visible, and the hungry look in his eyes. She tries to free herself from his grip but it was no use. She was able to move back just in time as his fangs came at her again. "Let me go you..." She tries to think of what possibly he could be and only comes with "you monster" her eyes started to sting at the corners.
"Monster? Ha!" He growled. "I'm a monster for trying to survive?" Victor looked her in the eyes. "By that logic, your a monster as well." He tries again to bite her, but made sure not to losen his grip on her arm. Her blood would taste sweet, he was almost sure of it.
"I am not" she says angrily. His grip on her tightened and she got scared. She wasn't able to move because of him. He eyes fill up with tears and then fall out and down her cheeks. She closes her eyes, bracing herself for the nite when he tries again. "Please dont" she pleads.
"It'll only hurt for a second..." He says softly, not yet feeling pity. Victor bite her neck, his fangs easily entering her skin. He started to take her blood, his arms wrapping round her to keep her still. He was right, her blood was sweet, sweetest he had in a long time.
She sucked I'm her breath as she felt his fangs dig in her skin. Little by little vee gets dizzier. Her vision started to darken and when he had his hands fully around her she falls limp in his arms
Victor smiles as she falls limp. He takes a little more blood before pulling back. Strangely, he was full. He hadn't taken enough blood to kill her, or to even turn her, not yet at least. It crosses his mind to let her go... But he couldn't do that, she would tell everyone. He shook his head and picked the limp body up. He started walking swiftly back into the forest. Besides, he could get a few more meals from her.
"Where are we going?" She asks feeling movement. She knew she was being cared. She moves her head a little to look but she could see is trees. ""Let me " she says finally able to think of what is happening.
"Don't worry..." Victor says in a soft calming voice. He speeds up some. The sun would rise soon. He made to a small cottage in the middle of the woods. Opening the door and walking in, he sets the girl on a couch in the center of a large room that counted as a living room and unused kitchen. He walks over to the door to lock it from the inside, so no one could get in, or out.
Vee now lays on the couch, her body brought up and holding herself. She was to tired lto get up so she allows herself to rest since he took her blood. She hugs herself from the coldness outside.
Victor watches the girl for a moment before shaking his head. Humans where pathetic. He closed all the pitch black curtains, after making sure that the windows where locked. He then yawned and opened a door that led to his bedroom on the other end of the room. Even vampires need sleep.
A few hours later vee finally wakes up. She looks around the place, every thing was black and it was hard to see. She didn't remember her room being this dark. She gets and feels around. She finds a couch and thinks of how here. She thought she dreamed that she was kidnapped and was brought to someplace like this. Could it be true? She keeps walking with her hands out but trips over some sort of coffee table.
Victor stirred in his sleep, hearing a slight commotion from the other room. He rolls to his other side, but still doesn't wake. He was more of a heavy sleeper, unlike most vampires. A few beams of sunlight peak through the curtains.
Vee moves around trying to look for an exit, anything that will get her out. She keeps moving to find light. She finally sees a small glow that looked like it was coming from a window. She knew he was near so she was carful to opening it. Her hands were shaking since she was scared.
Everything was locked to the point that no one could get out. Victor moves more in the other room hearing something. He finally sits up and stretches his back out. He gets out of his bed and gets into a change of clothes, still in all black.
After trying many times of opening it, vee fails. She gives up and slides her back down the wall and starts to cry softly. Her head buried in her hands. 'I cant get out' she thinks hopelessly to herself. She couldn't hear him get ready from her soft sobs.
Victor walks in. "Ah!" He takes a step back, holding an arm up to protect his eyes from the sun's light streaming in from where the girl had opened the blinds. He growled, trying to get to the window carefully, trying to get it shut. He for got about his earlier victim in the process.
Vee notices that he cant handle the light. She tried to think of something. She stands up and opens the curtains as wide as they can go, letting the suns light shine through. She didn't know if it would stop him but it will buy time fir her to do something else.
Victor yelled, retreating. The sun was starting to burn his skin. He backed away from that window into the darkness. He opened his eyes slightly, but had to keep them mostly closed from pain. Oh how he hated the sun. And the little... That trapped him.
"Let me go" she says pressing herself as close as she can to the window. She has never been so thankful for the sun ever in her life like today. She watches him, almost like a critter in the shadows.
Victor laughs. "That will not happen...." He did have to admit, the girl had guts. And brains. He couldn't get even remotely close to her. He backs deeper into the shadows, trying to as far away as possible from the sun.
She didn't know if she should keep trying her should she give up and not waste her time. It was hard to tell when he'll crack. "Well I'm going to stay right here" he knew that was weak, she had no idea when the sun would go down and she'll have nothing to use.
Victor flashes his fangs and hisses. He need to at least move out of the room. He slide along the wall, trying to get back to his room. If that girl kept the blinds open, or opened more covering a few other windows, he would be burnt to dust. It was hard to believe how fast the girl took charge.
She flinched at his hiss but doesn't move. She watches him and thinks to herself 'their must be an open window or door somewhere' she starts to move where the light was so he cant get her and goes to another window to open. She hopes that he had forgot to close one.
His eyes widened. There was one window he forgot to fully lock. But, there was nothing Victor could do now. He yells again when he made a bad move into the sun. He lept back.
Vee quickly opens it and sees that it was locked. She moves from to to an other, looking over her shoulder to see what he was going. Vee turns to go to another one when her foot got stuck to something and causes her to fall to the ground.
He yells louder, sunlight almost filling the room. He ducked back into a corner, in a small ball, hissing as he smelled his body burn some. Victor bite his bottom lip in pain. He hated how he, a vampire, was getting betten by a mere human. Inexcusable.
Vee gets up and looks over to him. She felt a little bed for hurting him like that. 'No! He deserves it' she thinks to herself as she left herself up. She looks over to him and keeps her chin high to show that she wasn't scared. "Let me go and ill stop" she gives him the choice.
Victor shook his head, but he couldn't last much longer. He yelled in angry defeat. He shakily looks up to the girl. "Th-the keys are un-under my b-bed." He covers his face. "Now stop it!!!!" He hated to give in, but even he was still afraid of death. Especially painful ones, like what was happening to him now.
She couldn't believe he actually agreed. She thought he would laugh it off like before. Closes a few of the windows so the light wouldn't hurt him but leaves two to keep him trapped while she went to find the key. She enters his room and starts her search.
Victor relaxes slightly. He sat on the floor, leaning against the wall. He hated to have lost. Then it hit him. He just lost everything. His life, his house, his woods. That girl would tell everyone in town that she had been attacked by him. Then, they would kill him. He started shaking at the thought.
Vee finally finds the keys just like he said, under his bed. She pulls them out and holds on them tightly. She didn't want anything to stop her from leaving. She goes back to the room with open windows and looks at him. "Ill close these windows but you stay their" she warns him. She didn't want him to be trapped here when she leaves. She'll leave and people will come for him so he shouldn't stay like that.
"I hope you're happy." He spat bitterly at her, not moving. "You just ruined my life." He tried to seem tough and intimidating, but his eyes gave away fear and pain. Once night fell, if Victor was still alive, he would have to make a run for it.
