How to set up a Giveaway for a book in two languages

Hi

I am preparing to set up two GiveAways. One for our kids book and one for my new book. Our kids book is out in two languages. How do I set up a GiveAway?
Do I list twice or list once and say this is available 1 signed copy in English and 1 signed copy in Hebrew?

Any suggestions?
