Mum: *brags about a new white bedspread on my parents bed*Me: I don't care.
Mum: My arms hurt, so climb on the bed and keep this on the top, would you?
Me: *does it*
Mum: Oh my god, you stepped in the new bedspread! You're ruining it with your dirty feet! You monster!
Me: Do you expect me to grow wings and fly to do as you told? It's the only way anyone can do it.
Mum: I know your plans! You got a chance to make it dirty and you used it!
-_-
Seriously, mother? Seriously?!

I was supposed to have been gone minutes ago then xD
I'm back :)
Hey!
Sorry I'm late, we couldn't find any cabs to come back home.
It did tbh...I might've shocked my grandparents by unintentionally cursing at the phone in the middle of the road... *oops*
Sorry I disappeared.Hahaha I can just picture that even though I have no clue what your grandparents look like xD
No problem! :)Catharsis is more like a fantasy thriller sort of thing, and Dead Days is a zombie-apocalypse thriller.
Catharsis sounds like I'd love it! I'll have to give Dead Days a try to see how much I'll enjoy that, but I doubt it will be horrible anyway. Thanks!
Yaay!Well... based on how much you liked Bastard (I'm talking 'bout the plot twists), you might like Dead Days, but let's see what happens :)
Anytime! :)
Some books ruined zombie apocalypse for me, so I often get put off by them. But if it's anything like Bastard, I'm sure I'll love it! :D
It's only similar in the case of plot-twists tbh...Webtoons are a good way to cross your yearly challenge, I guess ;)
:)Oh I understand! I'm taking English lit next year anyway, so I should be able to read other books. Hope your teachers aren't bad, though!
:DEconomics and Practical Science :'(
I sort of suck in both Social Science and Science and they just had to add more subjects in them! And my mom changed my second-language too :'(
Phoenix, how's life?Deepthi, oh! Um those aren't in my list of favourite subjects either, so I sympathize. But at least for me, it wasn't all that bad when I had it, so I'm sure you'll do great yourself :)
Aw thanks, Hallie :)Sorry I had to go... My grandparents called me, plus I too wanted to take a shower and feel better after last night's nightmares...
Lol same! I mean no grandparents to call me here, but I went to have a bath. Sorry about the nightmares, though :/
