I don't really know where to begin, but all the things you mentioned are completely valid. YOU are completely valid. I don't want you to ever forget that. I'm sorry about your braces and you're not being a spoiled brat; I know I'm in no place to say this but instead of comparing problems people should embrace/accept and try to help. I need you to know I understand, my own braces scraped at my cheeks in the beginning and it was so uncomfortable I didn't want to go to sleep because I thought the marks it left were going to be permanent. Also I know I mentioned it before but parents dismissing their child's thoughts and problems just because 'back in their day they had it worse' is literally my pet peeve and it makes me so angry.

'You can PM me anytime' and 'You can drop by at my thread' and 'I'll always be here for you!' are things I've said like a hundred times, but today morning I was pondering over it and I realized its not that big of a help sometimes and I sound really repetitive, though you're welcome to do any of those any day. So this time I'll say, I understand 100% what you're feeling, and even if I don't, I will try my best to.

Screw braces, dude. And screw mental illness. I was feeling like hell once upon a time and you guys came to my thread and told me, 'NO ONE should ever apologize for being who they are.' Now, I'm saying it back to you.

Its not the first time you've heard me say 'it'll get better once you get your own place' or 'once you become an adult'. Thinking back those were the lamest things I came up with, since my own case contradicts that. I'll tell you all about the problems of being an adult, but not now, I'll write it into your birthday message.

Ok but as someone who's gone through that I feel like the painkillers for the gums actually make you irrationally angry, or maybe its just me? When I first got my braces I went home and after 3 hours I felt like destroying everything within my sight and super pressured because of the pain. I took a nap expecting to feel better but no. So Hals maybe its actually a thing and you're just under influence, like the trio with Salazar Slytherin's locket <_<
