Oh okay...

um let me just say.... NO

Anyway, I agree with Johnny. You're no idiot, and definitely not a horrible person. And yes, you have people here who care about you.

PS - Hallie, Lix is the best person anyone could wish for as a best friend!! :D

SAME if they mess it up there is going to be an army of demigods with plastic blue hairbrushes

Deepthi! How come you're here?
PS - Haha. Glad you have such a friend!
Alex, yep! :/

Decided to be active in very few places... this (GR) is my only place where I can talk to Lix...
PS - yup! :D

Science or Copy Hallie?
Did I ever mention this guy I know? He has always been annoying as hell in my life. I mean, there were good things at times, but sometimes I wish my mum didn't know him.
The thing is V was his best friend. I don't know their friendship right now; she told me a couple of times, after she learnt that I knew him, to tell him that she misses him, but they were best buddies and stuff. I'm not sure how exactly my mum knows his family, but his family had always been categorised as "friends" ever since I could remember, and I do know that he is related to me (my dad's favourite uncle's wife's relative).
So he and I have only been in one class together - keyboard class. We didn't even go to the same school! V and he did. But since he's the same age as me, his mum would call mine and talk about school life and blah blah blah.
So after GCSEs, he went to the rival school of mine, while I met V. Every few months, my mum would come to me and say that he wants to do this in life, that in life, and it would always piss me off so much. Once he would say he wanted to work in the field of microbiology, then he develops an interest in Chemistry and wants to do research in that. He switched and switched and switched between super impressive goals in the field of science.
Well, now we're applying to universities, and his mother calls Mum and says that he wants to do English lit and that his grades in English are great. I laughed. I laughed for five hours straight.
I mean it was so annoying because my parents were so patronising when I said I wanted to do it, and they were like, "Look at him! Look what he wants to achieve!" I was legitimately rolling on the bed laughing because eventually, he ended up copying my goal. He even wants to take the exact same minors! I can still hear it: his mum tried to boast about his grades in English and mine was like, "Uh uh. Hallie's is great too! And she's always reading so it's a greater advantage."
But I love it! I so love it! He says he doesn't ever want to see a core science subject ever in his life, and while I agree wholeheartedly, I can't stop laughing at how much drama he made prior to his uni process.
I just remember this because his mum called again to inform mine about something related to that, and I learnt he was doing exactly what I have always wanted to do even though he used to say that he wanted to be an astrophysicist. Weird because I've wanted to a writer or a journalist or both since when I was 9 or 10, and this guy's mind fluctuates for two whole years before saying that my dream is what's right for him.
Well, that dad's uncle I was talking about? He is going to be so disappointed because he is a scientist, and he was unhappy that I wouldn't do anything science-related. It's going to be fun because if he comes home and begins to lecture me, I have an even longer lecture to lash back at him. In Shakespearean English.
:) :)
I'm a sadistic monster, yes, but let me have this moment before I start deciding what to wear when I kill myself.
