Reverting to zero

Has anyone any idea why, on my Author Dashboard, all of my books have reverted to 0 ratings and 0 reviews?

Nope. It still says you have ratings and reviews - they just aren't there. I'm sure people have had this happen before and they just come back.

There are several threads in different groups where it is being reported this sort of thing is happening. My page shows a complete jumble of ratings and reviews, with some missing and some featuring twice and it has done for about a month now. If anyone has left a review, I haven't been able to appreciate it -or not, as the case may be!

Goodreads are aware of problems and are trying to sort it out. But you might want to let them know about it officially so they know how big the problem is.

Initially they seemed to think it was a cache problem and asked people to clear their caches, but clearly, that isn't the problem.

Apparently, they are seeing my page differently from how I see it.

Send an email to support (at) goodreads (dot) com. I did and they refreshed my book stats in 24 hours.
