The group of friends who are targeted are Middle Aged women. The killer poses the dead person in their dining room with a table set for dinner. I read this book years ago and I cannot seem to find it.

How many years ago? What country is it set in? Author female or male? Is the killer someone they know, or a random outside killer?

I can't remember anything about the author, but it was set in America. I believe the women were in a sorority in college and something happened in the woods where someone died. Then someone tried to get revenge by killing all of the friends one by one.
