Whoa, crazy, out of the country?! Sounds fun! Where are you going, if you don't mind me asking? Europe?
I am indeed going out of the country :) Semester abroad which will eventually lead to a transfer, in Northern Ireland!
OOohhh! Fun! ^_^ I hope you'll have a great time. I always want to visit Europe and get to see everything.
Welcome Michelle!!
And ooh fun stuff Abbey!
welp there I go again... school's been a bitch lately, sorry guys. I'm finally handling it though, yay me!
how's things been??

@Ji Mei, I've been there a couple times, but this is the first time I will really be able to experience the culture on my own time :)
@Demi, That's how school usually is, but go you! Things have been pretty good on my end, just a bit hectic :)

@Abbey Well that's good at least ^-^ I think everyone gets hectic in the spring, tbh. It seems like everyone is a mess xD

That's good. I think the tours that colleges sometimes offer aren't enough to get a taste of cultures unlike study abroad programs that last longer.

@Demi, I'm mainly a mess because I seem to have lost all sense of discipline ^_^
@Ji Mei, yeah, those trips are exciting and you get to see a lot, but you get so swept up in the novelty of it that you don't get the chance to really experience it outside of a tourist's point of view.

@Abbey Honestly same though x_x I can barely keep track of anything anymore, the last few days is the first time I've had anything together heh
Guys I just saw the recent Jimmy Kimmel interview with Emma Watson and she was saying that she has a book club on goodreads and i just kind of internally flipped out because oh my gosh someone i idolize is actually on this site and also oh my gosh people really do use this site for things other than rping. i'm only involved in rp groups so i didn't really see the other side of this site. just yeah. i was having a moment and felt the urge to share. I hope you all are having a good day!
Yeah! Her group is called Our Shared Shelf. I'm a member but I'm not all that active haha. I totally agree though that it's so cool that she's involved on GR. If you follow her on Instagram or other social media platforms, she sometimes posts photos and/or videos of herself with the books. Recently, she was all over the place leaving books around popular places for people to find.

X'D yeahhhh my mom has been doing the scolding and the telling of 'you need to practice!' but I mean at this point I'm kinda burned out, practicing for 2 1/2 hours every day when you're used to not practicing at all burns you out pretty quick, really. so I mean between my desire to avoid practice and the fact that we've been hella busy lately I'm just gonna wing it xD I do have a lesson today though and I dun wanna go bc teacher will scold .~.
and yes!! I'll be glad to be back!!
aaaaaand here we go again, my mom is making me get off le laptop <~< I'll try to be on my phone but today is errand day and grandma day so since I get carsick maybe not while we're driving, heh. anyways I'll pop in and out~
