Dear Aficionado,

We, the strumpets, would like to apologize for our denouncing of the strumpet name. However, we invite you to our new book club, which is even better and has a nerdier inclination--hence the name change. If you would like, we can keep the strumpet in spirit, but sadly must retire it in fear that it will lead our readership astray. In other words, people didn't come to the old group, so we are hoping a sci-fi twist will entice the masses. Or, we are all just doomed to the illiteracy our country has created.
