Same here, Lauren. I read the first few pages of the sample in the ebook and it looked really interesting!

All I know is that as a former teacher this should be part of a reading list for History or English class.
All I know is that I wept as if my heart had broken.
I finished my audio reread...just as heart breaking the second time around!

Yep, I was the same. The second half was a lot more interesting to me than the first. And the ending was pretty amazing!
