"Hm. I guess the only time I do mention it is if I plan to annoy you," Noil smiled as he walked to his home.

"Ah, well how often do you plan on doing that?" Harmony asked as she followed.

"Every once in a while," Noil smiled mischeviously.

Harmony chuckled. "I'll be ever vigilant."

"You should," Noil opened the door. "I miss the smell of baking mallowmelt already."

"I could help with that," Harmony offered.

"You can bake?" Noil stood there in shock.
He had no idea Harmony could. Well, that's if she made a pretty decent batch. Now that would make his stay a tiny bit more enjoyable.

"Of course I can!" Harmony exclaimed. "And don't look so surprised about it." She grinned and flicked a strand of his hair out of his face as she walked past him to the kitchen.

"Shock is more so the right word," Noil leaned on the door frame. "You haven't met my sister, have you?"

"Not that I know of," Harmony said, starting to gather the right ingredients.

"Huh. Cause you're acting more and more like her," Noil shrugged. "It's just interesting."

Harmony chuckled and pulled a cookie sheet out of a cupboard.. "I'll take that as a compliment."

"It was," Noil smiled. "I miss those days."

"Well if Frana does what she said she's gonna, they might be back soon." Harmony smiled and grabbed a bowl from another cupboard.

"Can they come here?" Noil asked, eyes widening in hope.
He hadn't seen his sisters in such a long time. It would be fantastic to see them again.

Harmony nodded. "I don't see why not."

"They can!" Noil ran a hand through his hair. "Wow, that would be great. So you wouldn't get in trouble with the Black Swan or anything if they came here?"

"If I do, it has nothing to do with the actual action, and more with everyone still mourning." Harmony paused her gatherings and cleared her throat to keep the lump of sadness away.

"Hey, you okay?" Noil asked, gently rubbing her back.

Harmony blinked the tears back and nodded. "I'm fine," she choked out.

"Sorry but you don't look fine," Noil gently grabbed her hands. "What's wrong?"

Harmony shook her head. "I can't think about it or I'll break down. I don't want to do that, especially not in front of you."

"Hey, I don't mind if you do," Noil said comfortingly. "My sisters have done much worse."

Harmony looked up at him with tear filled eyes. One leaked down her face and opened the floodgates. She wrapped her arms around him and buried her face in his chest as she cried.

Noil looked down at her and stroked her hair softly. "What's wrong Harmony?"

"I figured I'd have to deal with losing loved one in my line of work, I just never knew how hard it would be," Harmony whispered.

Noil sighed. "I know. Do you want to talk about it?"

Harmony nodded and pulled away. She looked down at the ground and let her hair fall to hide her tear streaked face.

Noil pulled away her hair from her face and tucked it behind her ears.
"Hey," Noil said softly. "Don't be so sad, please."

Harmony sniffed and nodded the slightest bit. "I'll try..."

"I will," Harmony muttered as she pulled away and started gathering the things she needed again, slower this time.

Harmony giggled and looked over her shoulder at him. "Then you can help me find the measuring cups. I forgot where I put them. I'm a very chaotic organiser."

"I think we should have my sister over as soon as possible," Noil's expression turned blank before he cracked a grin.

"A Conjurer would definitely be a nice addition," Noil said, trying to find the measuring cups. "You weren't joking."

"Yeah." Harmony paused. "Are they in the pantry...?" She mumbled to herself as she walked to the little pantry and opened it. "Yes they are." She face palmed and grabbed the measuring cups.

"You found them?" Noil asked, peering over her shoulder.

"Yyyyep." Harmony shook her head. "What was I thinking putting them in the pantry?"
