Adding books to audible app

Is there a way to add books from Librivox or books I have ripped from my CDs to the audible app. I love using my Echo to read my books to me as she is in most rooms in my house, but she will only read them if they are on audible.

I do not think there is a way to do this. But, I would love to hear if someone knows of a way!

I have no knowledge here and don't even use the app - but maybe you could convert the files to the format Audible uses. I wonder if it would recognize them then ...
