Updating profile picture

Hi there

I'm trying to update my profile picture as currently there is no picture displayed. I selected the photo I wanted, clicked on 'make this my profile picture' but there was an error that read I was unable to complete the update.

Could someone please advise how to correct this issue?

Looks like you successfully uploaded a profile photo to your author profile in October.

Yet it doesn't show in Jessica's comment. Jessica, maybe try to delete and re-upload it?

yes it did say successful, then it didn't show properly in some places.
I tried to delete and upload again but it still didn't work.
Any other suggestions?

I think there may be a conflict between your user-profile-photo and your author-profile-photo (which I didn't think was even possible anymore, but that's what it looks like). If so, you'll need to use the Contact Us link on the Help page to get that straightened out.
