Please combine my eBook with the Paperback

[S.B.]

I have a paperback version of my book, but it was added to Goodreads by CreateSpace (I think) with the initials of my name not matching the way they are with the other books in the series.
The eBook has this ASIN: B00P30L4NE
The Paperback is the one in the heading.
And maybe once the paperback edition is fixed so that it matches my author name on Goodreads as S.B. James (like it is with the eBook), then the editions can all be combined.
