I figured with the US holiday weekend it might be delayed. No problem here. Now back to me current read Murder in the Mystery Suite (Book Retreat Mysteries #1) by Ellery Adams which would have been for the Baker's Dozen challenge, but I have already used up the categories this book would work for.

I just finished Boiled Over (A Maine Clambake Mystery, #2) by Barbara Ross and I have jumped right in to Musseled Out (A Maine Clambake Mystery, #3) by Barbara Ross !

It was a really fine start to the series. For those looking for a new series,give it a try. I should get to book two sometime this week.

Becky | 211 comments I am listening to Crewel World in the car. I'm hoping book 2 in the series is better. I'm having a hard time with this one but i also realize that it's setting it all up for the rest of the series. not sure i really like any of the characters though.

I hated book one but i'm glad i committed to book 2. the characters are more likeable in this book. I may continue the series after this one.

Gary Sundell | 794 comments I am about a quarter of the way through Raisin the Dead (Bread & Batter Mystery #2) by Karoline Barrett Raisin the Dead the second book in the series. There are only 2 books in the series so far. I am enjoying this just as much as I enjoyed the first book.

I like the Lizzie Martin & Ben Ross serie! The main characters are likeable and smart, the story is interesting and I love every single page :)

Down to the last 3 chapters of the second book. Thanks for picking this series. It really is enjoyable. A couple editorial errors buged me a bit, but won't impact my rating.
