ABANDONED. Scottish/Highlander H escaped from villain only to be forced to marry h.

The hero is the heir of the clan and while at war he is assumed dead by everyone. But the hero was captured by villain and kept alive for years? .. he than escapes from the villain and returns to his clan only to see a wedding celebration for his brother to the heroine. But then the heroine's father stops the wedding, saying that the hero will have to marry her now that he has returned and the wedding contract is for the heir to marry the heroine. The Hero is now forced to marry the heroine.

Thats the start of the book and i dont remember much of what happens after other than the hero is tortured and it takes him a while to like the heroine and fall in love.

I read this book a couple of years ago, dont remember when it was released..and its driving me crazy trying to find it.. So any help is appreciated
