First day, first month, first book

I am not contemplating a lot of rules and regulations for this group. I see it more as an informal kind of place where people drop in to talk about the books from the list they are reading or have read.

I am going to set up a few polls to find out what members would like to do: a book every two months? buddy reads? Chapter by chapter reads?
Anything goes. :)
