Is it OK to have it filled as "Paperback + Audio CD" for example or it should be just Paperback and the "Audio CD" part noted in the description only?

Example record: https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/1... - Title had been "Assimil Language Course: Using Spanish (Intermediate to Advanced): Book and 4 Audio Compact Discs (Spanish and English Edition)" initially.
