have you had a lot of problems with your ereaders (is it a kobo?)?

Yes, it is a kobo (an aura HD).

First of all you need to understand that I have extremely bad luck with all electronics, not just my Kobo, so it's probably me and not the Kobo. But yes, recently I have went through a few Kobo's. I have also had the bad luck of getting a few that were defective but Chapters has always been really good about replacing them for me, in the past the have even replaced one that was elbowed in the screen by my boyfriend. The one that was damaged over the weekend can probably be fixed at no cost to me but I have to mail it away to be fixed and couldn't be without an ereader that long, necessitating the need to buy a new one. Which is now working!!!! Yay!!

I plan to try to sell one of the two after I get the damaged one fixed.

wow, You DO Have bad luck! Ugh!!! Yikes! that's me and my iphone. I've shattered the screen multiple times, completely sunk it in water and have had to get a few new ones. lol I'm awful with electronics. I think becase I'm so scared, I'm really gentle with my Kindle! LOL

Okay, to start. How's....um, Friday? I've had a headache all day today so I hope to catch up reading tomorrow and then start Friday. Does that give enough time?

Friday works for me. I hope to have lots of reading time over the weekend and should be able to finish by Monday.

I also have bad luck with phones!! My android's screen has been shattered and replaced but only once. Now it's in a heavy duty waterproof case.

I honestly have no idea what it is about. I put it on hold cause I needed a new release for the two month challenge but then I read a different one and never cancelled the hold.

I had an otterbox for my 'droid and it broke in the case :( My boyfriend has the otterbox that is superior to the one I had and while it is true that his phone is indestructible it is really heavy and you cannot hear a thing when you talk on his phone. I got a lifeproof case for my phone after getting the screen replaced and the only thing I dislike about it is that the case is so hard to take off of the phone.

lifeproof is pretty good though? I really need a new case and I'm worried about the huge ones for that exact reason. No point is having a phone if I can't use it! lol

yes. I really like ny life proof other than the difficulty in removing the case but thats probably for the best.

the plot and secrecy is starting to drag and I'm getting bored. Lots of 4 year stories but not real movement in the plot in all these chapters... (hide spoiler)]

I think it's just too close to the "magic realism" genre that I don't like. at all. I didn't like that the world wasn't explained and none of this felt real - because i didn't understand it.
