Briella's Dorm

Briella's dorm in Marauders House. None may enter without their permission.

The room is the size of two bedrooms conjoined and has two sides. Each side has a bed, a desk with a chair, a closet and dresser, and a bedside table. There is a bathroom on the side.

Briella directed Feliciano to her room, though she wondered how he had gotten her dress before. It didn't matter to her any way, but still. When they reached her door, she opened it so that he could carry her inside.

Feliciano carried her inside and laid her on her bed, gasping at her room. "Whoa! You really ARE a princess! Your room is so fancy!" He smiled at her. "Who's your roommate?"

Briella laughed at his exclamation. "Was there any doubt?" she asked. "Yes, I really am a princess, and this is actually not a replica of my real bedroom. My roommate is a girl named Ash. I haven't seen her in a while, unfortunately."

Feliciano simply laughed. "I just wasn't expecting your room to be so fancy! I'm still decorating mine, but when it's all done it's going to look like a Venetian carnival's come to life!~"

"Oh wow, I'd love to see that!" Briella said, not realizing any implications that might come with such a statement. She loved decor, and really all sorts of design, so she did want to see it.

He beamed. "You can, once it's done!" He sat down on her bed. "You know, my family's shapeshifter legacy goes back to Medieval Venice, hence my obsession with it. That's when we can first trace that gene back! How about your family?"

"Somewhere in Romania, I don't remember how long it's been," she said, "See, my father doesn't talk about his heritage much, so I really don't know. We're only shifters on that side, so...that's really the only side that matters in this situation."

"Oh," Feliciano pouted. "It's not as much fun if you don't know where you came from, but I think most students here don't know where they came from...in that regard I'm probably lucky,"

Briella nodded. "And I'm lucky in that I have a home to return to.....a lot of students here don't have that either. It's simple things, you know? Simple things that you wouldn't think you would be grateful for until you find that others don't have that."

He nodded. "I mean, I guess I could go home if I wanted to, but those enemies are still out there and I'd rather not be captured and used as a truffle-hunter or something else demeaning," He pouted. "So here I'll stay,"

She looked at him with a small frown. "You were almost captured?" she asked with concern. She knew that some people tried to catch shifters, but it was horrible she thought. It separated people from their families and she couldn't imagine that people would do such awful things.

"Well not really, but some members of my family have been caught by enemies of our family. They're forced to stay in their boar form and sniff out truffles and treasures. It's demeaning," He frowned back. "It's easy to see why I'm nervous about shifting,"

"That's quite a reason," she said. "I can't imagine something that like that. But, I guess it's why we're supposed to hide our shifting. So that no one can do such things to us..."

He nodded. "Yeah...but you also said you're still in control of your wolf form. If I smell something good as a boar, for example, I'll rush off and go find it, regardless if it's a trap," He pouted. "Hence why I need to be protected,"

She nodded slowly. "I guess it makes sense that you would be in more danger..." She trailed off, thinking of what to say next. "Well, you're safe here and that's what matters, right?"

Feliciano perked up and nodded at her. "Yup! That's all that matters," He looked into her eyes and smiled nicely.

((My personal favourite though is A Little Lilly Princess, it costs money but well worth it if you're into that sort of thing.

It's based off A Little Princess and you're Sara Crewe and you basically play through the events of the novel, picking one girl you want to focus on throughout the story and building your relationship with them. Eventually some of them fall in love with you.

It's super cute and I love it! I've played it about three separate times with all the different storylines))

Briella smiled back at him. She was glad she had a more bubbly person to care for her while she couldnt do anything. Then a thought occured to her. "Oh no, I left my phone in the pocket of my other dress and I didn't grab that either when we left! I need to tell mt brother what happened so he doesn't worry."

"Don't worry, I'll go get it! That dress is still in the hospital wing, right? It'll take me no time at all to get it!" He wanted to kiss her forehead, but thought better of it and ran out of the room. "I'll be right back!"

She smiled when he dashed off. She was worried that she might accidentally say something and have him want to do it. After all, she didn't want him to think she was using him.

Feliciano came back a few minutes later and handed her her phone. "There you go! How about a kiss for your brave hero?" He laughed, clearly teasing her.

Briella laughed a little. "Well, perhaps that's doable, for the brave knight," she joked. "For your valiant efforts, I shall bestow upon you a kiss. On the cheek." She winked at him because she knew he had been teasing, but she could tease too!

Feliciano blushed when she played along, assuming she was serious. "O-oh! If you insist" He leaned closer to her and closed his eyes, awaiting her kiss on his cheek.

Briella gave him a quick peck on the cheek because, why not? It wouldn't do any harm!

Briella smiled softly, amused. "I hope that wasn't bad. And, I mean...I didn't even really kiss you." She wondered briefly what he would do if she had. It would be funny to see, but...she didn't want to do that to him.

"Well, I didn't think it would kill me to just do it," she said. "And it didn't kill you either, so..." She laughed, thinking it rather funny actually, even though she couldn't explain it. "Still, thank you for getting my phone."

"You're welcome!" Feliciano smiled at her. "Uh, did you need anything else? Food? Water? Uh, what do wolf-morphs like to eat? Meat?"

"Then you're doing fantastic," she said with a smile. She had been attended all her life, so even though she did have a sibling, she had never had to take care of him. Plus he was older than her so she most likely wouldn't in any case.

"Really?" He smiled happily. "You know, my parents were worried when they could only have one kid, since normally due to our boar halves we can have about eight or nine children, plus it disperses the ability better. Mom told me I'd just have to marry and pass it along in my kids' blood,"

She laughed a little. "That's not fun, being told to get married like that. But at least she didn't tell you who to marry, which means you can still marry for love." She thought it probably not an appropriate question, but she always wondered if people thought that love was a real thing. She believed so, but she always wondered....

"Well I mean, I don't HAVE to, but if I want my bloodline of shifters to continue on I have to," He blushed slightly. "I plan to marry for love! I just haven't met that girl yet,"

"I think marrying for love is the best thing," she said. "Those who can't have that are missing out, don't you think?" She thought herself quite lucky in that regard, but she knew of a lot of others in her world who didn't have that luxury.

"Yes," Feliciano smiled. "I'm such a hopeless romantic, but I really do hope to one day marry the person I love," He swooned and put a hand on his heart. "Sadly I haven't met her yet,"

"Well, keep up hope," Briella said. "You're young and this school is full of opportunities. Even people who never think they'll love again have a chance here. You know, my parents met here? That's partially why I wanted to come.....a chance at those sorts of opportunities."

He perked up at this. "Really? How interesting!" Feliciano giggled slightly. "My parents met at a petting zoo. He was operating pony rides, my dad was, and my mom bumped into him and paid him to let her ride too. However when she was starting to leave some mugger threatened my dad, so my mom transformed and saved him!" He laughed. "At first he thought she was an actual boar who escaped from her pen,"

She laughed a little. "That's still so very sweet. Makes the beginning of my parents' story sound pretty dull and overcomplicated."

"They're wolf-shifters, how boring could it possibly be?" Feliciano laughed nicely. "Was she walking through the forest when he saved her from a giant bear in his wolf form, and when he transformed back she realized she was in love?"

"My dad is a wolf shifter, my mother was just a princess," Briella said. "And actually, they met at a party. My mother said it was the strangest greeting she'd ever had because he wasn't wearing a shirt. To a princess, that's very weird, mind you. But he had just shifted back and only his pants returned, so he couldn't help it. And on top of that, he was...pretty awkward, which is hard to believe because I've never seen my father as anything but confident. Then there was a lot of crazy, but in the end they fell in love! It happened pretty quick, by what I hear. Three months."

Feliciano giggled at the story. "How cute! See? Way more interesting than my parents'. My dad was a human through-and-through, so it was pretty awkward for him at first to get used to Mom's transformations. He had lots of questions, mainly centering around how she'd give birth," He laughed.

Briella giggled at that. "How does a female shifter give birth, I wonder. These are things I should know! Pups or human babies?" She asked jokingly, though she knew he didn't have the answers. As soon as it was out of he mouth,she cringed a bit. "I'm sorry if that's a gross thought."

He thought about it. "I think it depends on what form she's in! Like Dad told me when Mom was pregnant, whenever she turned into her boar form she'd still be pregnant," He explained, then blushed. "Oh no! I've given it a lot of thought too! In our family, if the women give birth in their boar form, their babies won't be able to shapeshift until they reach a certain age, where in their human form the baby can shapeshift into their boar form from birth,"

"I think that if anything, it's reverse for wolves. Because every wolf shifter I've known can't shift until a certain age if they're human. But I've also never seen a pup shifter," she said.
