Im looking for a book I read and I can't remember the name. Its about a girl who is really mean and practically runs the school. One day she died by being to drunk and drifted of to sea. And then a couple of years later a boy moves to the high school and he can see her ghost and I reameber how they first met is there was a boy running down the hall and she was laying on the ground and then boy yelled to the running boy to look out and the running boy just go's straight through her. And I remember the story is about how he falls in love with a girl the ghost girl bullied and returning all the things she stole in her lifetime please help me
