Yes, he could name some places with good food. But they were way too far away. And he was not taking her there. "I don't think so. I'll drop you off at a nice hotel and give you some money." He promised. And with that, he shut the doors hard and began to work his TARDIS. Within moments, they were in another ally, close to a very nice hotel. "Give me a second." He said. The Doctor slipped out, and was able to get a bunch of money from the bank, using some Psychic Paper, and he entered the TARDIS again. "Here," He said, shoving a bundle of cash in her hand. "Here's ten thousand dollars. Don't spend it all in one place. The hotel's down that way," He gestured north. "Go there and get a room."

"Ok then." Nora said and took the money from him before stepping out of the TARDIS. Now that the drugs were fading in her system she was just tired and hungry. And now everything her uncle had told her as a child was coming back to bombard her mind. He'd told her all about the Doctor, a man who wasn't a man but an alien with two hearts who traveled through time and space.

Just outside her room a light started flashing and then there was a horrible noise, like that of stone moving against bone and then there was a thud from outside.

The child lay dead on the ground and then the Angel disappeared with both bodies.

The Doctor entered the hotel where he decided to start investigating. He stopped at the front desk and said to the receptionist, "Operations Manager John Smith." He held out his Psychic Paper for the man to see. "I'll only be a few minutes." And with that, the Doctor turned around the corner to find...nothing. The source of the noise was probably elsewhere. But where, he did not know...yet.

The sound was gone and with it a cold seeped into the hotels rooms. There was no sound other then the light breathing of a girl who was still in deep deep sleep.
In her dreams, Nora was little again, hiding under the table.
"I am sick of her always being such a selfish bitch!" Her mother roared and dragged Nora from under the table. It was dark outside and Nora had just wanted a glass of water. Her father stood in the door way. he'd never tried to help her out when this had happened, just stood back and watched with a smirk on his face.
Nora gave a cry as her mother's grip tightened until she couldn't feel her arm anymore. Tears streamed down her face and suddenly she was in her uncles lap nursing a broken arm as he told her about things that weren't real like a man with two hearts.
Nora bolted upright in bed, sweat covering her body and her breathing hard. Her arm hurt and her head pounded with her pulse.

The Doctor just decided to dismiss the noise as maybe him being jumpy. He had left a Dalek here and well... Deciding that he now had nothing better to do, he started towards the ally. Maybe he could talk the Dalek into leaving Earth alone. Their appearances were really starting to get out of hand for his liking. Way too often. The Doctor felt like he had to come clean up there mess every two months! It definitely gets annoying, cleaning up after them. And then e had to always chase them out, without killing every last one. He didn't want to cause a genocide...

Nora swung out of the bed and packed her things up before sighing out of the hotel and walked over to the nearest McDonald's, she was craving their fries and chicken nuggets and a double cheese. Damn, if she kept up like that she'd get fat in no time. Nah. She thought to herself, she could eat an enter Maccas and still be thin, it was the only good thing her mother had given her. At that thought she cradled her arm to her chest even though it had long since healed.

((And they really aren't getting along. I don't really see the two of them as Doctor and companion...))

((Yeah, I feel like crying so I'm gunna go see if there's anything funny on facebook, if not I'm going to youtube, talk to you later))

"I already told you, I'm the Doctor. Now. I would suggest you hold onto something very tightly. I'll be right back." And with that, she dashed out the door to go speak to the Dalek. "So. I promised you information, and information you will get. Now, I feel like telling you about the sun. Most of this gas is hydrogen, about 70% and helium, about 28%. Carbon, nitrogen and oxygen make up 1.5% and the other 0.5% is made up of small amounts of many other elements such as neon, iron, silicon, magnesium and sulfur. The Sun shines because it is burning hydrogen into helium in its extremely hot core. So ta da." The Doctor soon turned around and flew into the TARDIS. "Hold on!" He hollered before pulling levers and pressing buttons that started to make the TARDIS disappear.
