Terra's eyes widened a bit when Katherine mentioned her and Rowan. "Oh uh... w-we aren't actually.... a thing anymore. Haven't for awhile..." She murmured, looking down and swallowing hard.

"Anyways," she began, trying to keep her voice from wavering. "Yeah we should get about getting some soon."

That's what it was then. "Sorry for bringing it up," she said sincerely, but briskly. She knew that people didn't like to dwell on break ups even if she'd never had one. She only sorta come close to one with Renn. He hadn't been around in a really long time, she realized. She shook the thought away.

"If you can research where we can get these ingredients then we will be a bit closer. I'll research these ones," She highlighted the ones Terra could do.

Terra looked at the highlighted ones and took a picture on her phone just to be safe before nodding. "Alright, I'll see what I can do. I can ask Killian and check in town when I go off campus today." She said, putting her phone back in her pocket.

"Is there anything else we need to do?" She asked.

"Let me double check," Kat replied, looking through the directions. It wasn't a full instruction list because they had to determine the proper reactions needed to create the universal conditions.

There was a tickle at the back of her throat and she pulled at her collar subconsciously. The sensation was growing to a burn and she realized that she was thirsty. It hadn't been that long since she drank and it was coming on quickly.

Terra frowned softly when she noticed Kathrine fidgeting slightly. Pulling at the throat and collar, clearing her throat, signs she recognized all too well. “Oh no,” she muttered taking her arm and leading her outside quickly. “Come with me. We need to get you air and you can have some of mine. When’s the last time you drank?” She asked softly. Terra wouldn’t let anyone else suffer from a hungry vampire going feral. Not if she could help it. As long as no one disturbed them it should be okay.

Kat's eyes went wide when Terra pulled her up. "I can't!" She breathed sharply. "I drank last night but it wasn't enough I guess."

Her iris's were turning a deep burgundy color. Why did this keep happening?!

“We can and we will. I’m gonna get you someplace secure and we’re gonna get you some blood just hang in there.” Terra encouraged, pulling her along as quickly and carefully as she could, using her senses to avoid big crowds.

Kat knew that avoiding people was best but it was harder to control herself the further they went. "Where are we going?" She asked, holding her throat.

“Away from campus, the gate.” Terra assured her, using her vampiric speed and strength to get them both there as soon as possible.

Kat cringed and covered her mouth. She could feel her fangs cutting through her gums.
