I'm listening to A Gentleman in Moscow, which I was complaining about this morning but am now enjoying, having passed Book 1, which I found rather tedious. In print, I just started reading The Sellout.
Lots I'm hoping to get to this month, as usual. The teetering pile beckons.
Reading
by Mary Roach. Eye opening. Next time I hear someone talk about sending boots on the ground (I hate that expression) I may shove this book into their face. We have no idea what those young men and women endure.

Right now I'm reading The Rare Earth Exchange. It's from LibraryThing in exchange for a review.Today I'm starting Updraft on Audible. I've been wanting to get around to it for a couple of months. So today is the day.
Then I've got Mayflower: A Story of Courage, Community, and War, Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban, and Serafina and the Black Cloak going on slowly in the background. I read them in snippets here and there but I'm not trying to get through them by a certain date.
Two books carried over from last month
After that not sure, though I will likely continue with the Perry Rhodans.
I'm getting ready to start three books that I hope to finish in November:Audible: All the Light We Cannot See
Kindle: Wild: From Lost to Found on the Pacific Crest Trail
Paper: The Shadow of the Wind

I'm listening to
I'll have some time off around Thanksgiving, so maybe then I'll catch up with tying up loose books that I have started but found something more pressing to read.
