"Y-you're awake!" She said, surprised. She hadn't expected her to wake up... It would certainly make things easier, although she still wasn't sure what she was going to do.

Eliryn could understand the girl perfectly, but nodding was most definitely out of the question unless she wanted to faint. She opened her mouth to say something, anything, but nothing happened. The world kept spinning. She cleared her throat, resting her head against the stone floor and trying to steady herself.((I gtg, bye!))
She but her lip, unsure of what to do. She was definitely in some serious pain... But how could she fix that? ((Aw, bye!!!!! Have fun!!!!!))
((Thankssss!))The room slowed down in its carousel whirlwind, letting Ryn's head adjust to the newly motionless room. This time when she tried, she managed to speak. "Get me out?"
She nodded slowly. They definitely needed to get out of here... But where else could they go? The... Other students could really be anywhere...
((Friendly tip, it's perfectly ok to have your characters take initiative and do things ;) ))Scowling, Eliryn put a hand on the stone floor and pushes herself up to a sitting position, fighting the discord in her head and her sudden lack of coordination. She tentatively felt the base of her skull with her fingers, pushing aside short red hair, and winced. When she pulled her fingers away, there was blood. Wonderful, she thought, fighting down another wave of dizziness. Another thought struck her: who - what - had hit her? Where had she been before this? A spark of panic gripped her, and she gestured quickly for the other girl to lens a hand. "Help me up," she ordered.
"Last time you tried to get up, you almost passed out..." She didn't help her up. "Trying it again might cause you damage..." ((Oh... Oops. Sorry. I'll try harder... I really suck at RPing... Sorry...))
"Yes, well, that's all fine and dandy when you've got time to spare," she replied through gritted teeth. A sense of urgency was filling Eliryn's head, slowly but steadily, leaving no doubt in her mind that the blood on her fingers was no tripped-and-fell-down-the-stairs accident. Giving the other girl a short glare for good measure, Ryn put a hand to the wall beside her and slid her feet underneath herself, starting to pull herself to her feet. Throughout it all, her head pounded, the room alternating between sharp contrast and blurry edges.((No, no, you're a great rper! You are far from sucking, trust me. That was just a suggestion, to help move the plot along and such :) ))
She shut her eyes. "If you're going to insist on standing up, please, please do it slowly. You passing out would not be good." ((In other words, I suck, haha :)))
((Bullshit. You're great, and obviously it's true because I said so ;) ))"Yeah, sure," Ryn muttered back, but nevertheless she pulled herself up slowly, doing a fairly good job of keeping the room from spinning. Finally standing, she asked the girl with a newfound urgency, wound on the back of her head all but forgotten: "What happened?"
((I have to go, bye!))
She opened her eyes again, assuming the girl hadn't passed out from blood loss. She hadn't, luckily. "I have no idea. All of a sudden, everyone stood up, and got into groups, silently without talking. Then someone knocked you out, and they all left..." ((xD Aw, admit it. I suck ;)
Aw, bye! Have fun in France! Eat good food for me!))
"Dammit," Ryn muttered under her breath, putting a hand to the wall to steady herself. Little bits and pieces, the drone of the headmaster's voice, the blank, chilling, empty eyes, her ducking from the punch of another student, and then the sharp pain in her head. Grabbing the other girls shoulder, she began pulling her to the door, nevermind the blood and still blurry room. "We have to get out of here, now. I don't know what's happening anymore than you do, but we have to find out."
She nodded. "They could come back at any minute... But I have know idea where they are. So I don't know where we can go..." She followed her to the door, grabbing her bag on the way out.
"It doesn't matter where we go, as long as the others aren't there," she replied shortly as she stopped in the doorway to glance tentatively out at the courtyard. It was deserted. Completely. Good for them, but a little chilling. "This way." Keeping close to the stone walls, she made her way towards the forest.
She bit her lip, and followed the other girl toward the forest, keeping her back to the stone walls as well. The forest looked completely silent. And dark. It was chilling to look at. The entire academy just seemed... Silent. She opened her mouth, but decided not to say anything. In this silence, her voice would probably be heard from miles away...
Finally beneath the cover of the dark trees and overshadowing branches, Eliryn let herself rest. Her head was spinning again, and if not for her hand on the tree trunk, she would be flat on the ground. She needed rest, and possibly a few stitches, but not only was there no time, but something told Ryn that this girl didn't know how to stitch up a wound. "What's your name?" she whispered back.
"Seraphina. You?" She whispered back, looking around them, trying to ascertain that there was no one there.
"Eliryn," she replied, slumping back against the tree trunk and pulling her dagger from her soft leather riding boots. She wished she had her sword strapped to her back though, instead of only this little pixie knife for protection. The worn hilt of her sword always felt better than any little knife or dagger someone could give Ryn. Even with her head spinning, her sluggish movement, and reduced coordination, her sword sounded like a dream come true. She wasn't sure if this dagger would quite cut it if it came down to a fight.((Ooh, look, unintentional pun - cut it - get it? Oho, I crack myself up xD ))
Boots. That's what this girl chose to focus on when the entire Academy had just fallen apart and half the students gone rogue. Admittedly, they were nice boots, brown supple leather that fit her perfectly and reached to below the knee, but still. Ryn shot her an exasperated, slightly unbelieving look and muttered a grudging "Thanks." Flipping the dagger in her hand, she stepped further back into the shelter of the trees.
She swallowed, looking down at the ground. "You're welcome." She followed her deeper into the trees. "What. Do you think happened?" She asked, ducking under a branch.
((If you're out of the classroom, please move. People need to RP out their stuff and move on to places where they can get action, and they can't if you're using the appropriate thread as a forest instead of the classroom where all the students are.))
((Sorry Ilsa! Kisses from Provence to make up for it? ;oMeli, I'll put the next post in one of the forest/outdoor topics, and I'll tell you which one after I post :) ))
Re-post:
The headmaster figured everything was decided. Serving as the intercessor, he allowed him to possess all in the room, laughing as their expressions turned to sudden confusion and shock, then went startlingly blank. Several got up, walking to their dorms to fall asleep, so as not to give a bad name to the headmaster. The others got into their groups to accomplish their missions. It was a thing of beauty, seeing him in work.
