I earn about as much money from those pages read as I do from books sold!

I has some when I first published, but none in the last couple of months.


SW has a lot of cool tools for selling on their site that Amazon won't give you, but if I had one criticism it would be that their store could use a revamp. I can't help but think it doesn't look like a professional seller when compared to Amazon, Apple, and B&N. Maybe it doesn't matter if you're pulling in sales from those they distribute to, but I wonder if they would do more direct sales if the store front looked a little more polished.
I will update this thread as new things happen in this journey. Right now, the plan is to heavily promote it on sites such as Smashwords and Wattpad just as soon as it comes off of Kindle Select. I can also post pieces of it all across the web, which I could not before. But, since this is my last enrollment period, I'm taking advantage of all the things Select has to offer, like a 5-day free period which I'm doing around Halloween.
