Hero is the older brother nick beretti (not sure of spelling) he has a body guard called Tonio. He is from Sicily and is a don/mob boss who has businesses in London. The heroine is a model and had dated his younger brother. There is a Gillian call Scala. She is forcefully taken to Sicily when the younger brother is unwell and made to stay there. Older brother falls in love with her. Heroes mother likes heroine.
