Wrong page count - Reich, Virals

The page number listed for the following edition of Reich’s Virals appears to be incorrect. It says 448, which should be 464.

WorldCat has two entries for the book with the specified ISBN, both with a page count of 454. What is printed after page 454 . . . ?

Yes I know, I am confused by it as well!
Myself I would go for 454, yet that exludes the pages previous to the actual text of the novel itself. There are arguments for going with 464 as well as there are for going with 454. I would leave it up to Goodreads standards, and by lack of any clear rule be tended to go with the publisher.
I have no idea how the poster got to 448: it isn't listed in any of the web shops or publishers I came across.,

Your reply would seem to imply you have a copy in hand; if you do, and can confirm the last page number with content directly relevant to the book text, we’ll go with that.

Otherwise, 454 pages would seem to be the correct count.
