Technically it was a mouse originally, but Kyuusho is supposed to be the dark house. so the rat was more fitting for cunning students that are more willing to do anything

I think a single month or maybe a month and a half, depending on how fast we can come up with ideas. And we'll keep the results secret until the party. Though whether to reveal at the beginning or end, I'm not sure.

That said, maybe we should have an assembly at some point (beginning makes more sense) where White just talks about how far they've come and what celebrations there will be and stuff.

Apart from that completely, I thought maybe we should have a shop in the school where the house shirts and stuff are sold? And maybe students could work there or something.

Yes, I am hoping that could be one of the things we could work on in preparation for the celebration.

I was thinking about student council too! I don't really remember how the old one worked to be honest, but I was considering that maybe it could be made up of several councils. Like each house has five or six representatives, and from that they elect maybe two to the student council who are the ones that make the decisions in terms of whole school parties or whatever student councils do. Then some of the higher staff (i.e. Silver, White, maybe Elena if they're both busy) can sit in, advise and listen.
