I don't know what to download on, but I normally get my books downloaded on Amazon and read them on my P.C. Had this same situation with last book I read which I tried to download, then purchased from Amazon, and then after about a week and a half was able to download here, after I had alread read it. Hope you can help me download faster this time. Thanks. Rick

I don't specifically know what format I use - am a tech ninny! Do not have a kindle, rather read off my PC and generally download from amazon for Kindle for PC2. Do have windows 10. Not sure I know how to help you Shantal -- Those are the same files I've sent other people, and the files seem to be working for them. Maybe there is a problem on your end. The book is free through Kindle Unlimited, if you want to try reading it that way.
