The Warrior Heir question

On Good Reads there are two books, The Warrior Heir and another book The Heir of the Warrior. Cinda Williams Chima wrote a series of five books, Faith Hart wrote one book. It's the 1st book that I noted a striking similarity of both books. Although the hero's are girl/boy in each story, the plot is the same, neither character know that she/he is a wizard and heir.
Both are on GoodReads.
