I was thinking as his introduction into the plot, he will have arrived and been the mysterious but boring garage owner for a while, before he meets someone, and he has a vision of them like, destroying the school, or something apocalyptic like that, so he will try and warn them several times, before literally trying to kill them.

All the while failing to tell them that he knows this will happen because that's what he does, he Sees the future.

Would they actually destroy the school though? Because that's already figured out in the plot.

No, not actually. I figured he'll get the wrong person, or he'll stop them. Something like that.
