He smiled sweetly, "I like to help people! I go around to all the districts and if i see someone hurting, i try to make them better. It... doesn't help that most people think kawakos are evil... But then i can just prove them wrong!"

"Not if i prove them wrong first!" he teased challengingly with a light laugh, "Ill kill them with kindness! They'll never know what hit them!" During his soft giggle, he had sneezed a few times cutely and covered his mouth with a frown, "Ok... Before i get more sniffles."

He stuck out his bottom lip a bit, taking off the cloak and pushing it back on him over his face with a giggle before quickly taking off in the direction they were going.

”Man, what a beautiful day!” Finnian or rather Finn, as he preferred to be called, thought to himself as he walked around a forest of snow. Everywhere he looked the world was white and fluffy. In fact the playful side of Finn was finding it hard to not speed and plop down right into thick lumps of snow! At the very least he had to make a snow angel before he left. Oh and a snowman! Luckily he had hours still before he had to get to his meeting. Ah yes, his meeting. Business. That was why Finn was here, wanting to see if he could acquire magical little ice figurines for his store. He was thinking of adding fine ornaments and even jewelry to his little shop of various knickknacks and surfboards. Of course Finn was here for the scenery just as much as he was for the business, almost.
Wearing thick tan fur boots and khaki shorts with a loose grey tank and a large, thick bright yellow waterproof coat Finn hardly looked dressed for the weather. I mean with his shorts and boots the size and length that they were his legs were exposed and he didn’t wear any mittens or even a beanie or any time of hat to warm his head for crying out loud. He did have on a purple scarf which combined with every other colour of his current outfit would give any fashion expert a heart attack. Needless to say Finn stuck out like a sore thumb as he walked slowly and stared at everything as if he’d never been allowed outside before let alone had ever seen snow. Suddenly Finn stopped, spotting something odd. A girl sitting in the snow, humming as it appeared she was drawing in the snow in front of her. Man was she cute! Grinning Finn sauntered his lazy behind over to her, standing there peering down at her he grinned when he finally caught her attention. “Hello there cutie!” Was his greeting.

Misaki had drawn, in fine detail, what seemed to be a snow flake. They find themselves blinking before they look up at the man. They were too focused on drawing that they didn't notice him walking up, though they didn't mind. This guy looked freezing. Though, most people in the Ice District were used to the cold, so it didn't really surprise them that he wasn't dressed for this weather. Either that or the guy was new and didn't know that the Ice District would consist of, I don't know, Ice. They smile faintly,"Good evening sir. What brings you out here today?" They ask quietly, taking there pale hand out of the snow. Yeah, it was obvious any normal person would be dying in this weather like this. It was rare for Misaki to see anyone out here this time of day. Then again, what time was it? It was always dark, so Misaki never knew the answer to that question, he could only assume it was around 9 at night. Of course, that was a guess. It was something he could only figure out based on how long they've been awake today. So he was indeed surprised that someone else would be out here as well.
“Oh my god. Aren’t you just adorable?” Finn cooed outrageously before hiking up his pant legs and proceeding to squat before the pretty girl, looking down and admiring her work. With a determined sigh Finn then said, sounding distracted, “Oh you know, business and pleasure.” Yes, such a rich detailed answer. Note the sarcasm. Suddenly Finn looked up and cracked a winning smile at the girl. “Or I could say fate drew me to your beautiful face so that I may be blessed enough to glance your sweet face before my lifetime comes to an end.” He winked before standing straight again, pocketing his hands. “You look cold though.” Finn said a moment later, sounding more serious and, incredibly, taking off his jacket before moving to drape it over the girls’ shoulders. To be honest with you Finn was never bothered by the weather. It could be blistering hot or icy cold and he wouldn’t notice it. Well he would when he saw other people either shaking out of their boots or stripping out of their clothes. Some said it was because of his amabie blood. Others joked his skull was just too thick to register the temperature changes. Smiling he nodded at the girl. “There.” He said nonchalantly. His coat on the inside was warm, almost impossibly so considering there was no fur or fluff. It was just warm regardless of the plain cotton material on the inside.

Misaki blinks, a small blush forming on his face at the compliment,"Y-You think I'm beautiful? Th-thank you sir, I-I honestly don't know what to say." It was obvious how shy he was, but he truly did appreciate the comment. It wasn't every day someone complimented him on being beautiful or cute. It made him extremely happy. He blinks once he sees the man taking his jacket off,"I-It's ok you don't have to." Misaki didn't realize how freezing he was until he felt the steaming warmth of the jacket. His body was numb, being he's been out here for about 2 or 3 hours now. He softly hugs it, smiling faintly,"Thank you.. May I know your name?" He asks curiously, his lavender eyes flickering up to meet with the man's.
Finn didn’t say anything in regards to her words, only finding her obvious blush very cute and adorable, just like she was. Hence why he was only smiling softly at the young woman before his eyes. Finn was enchanted with those eyes. So soft and, pure? Eyes you didn’t see every day in the world they found themselves currently living in. A world full of monsters and murderers, madmen and rapists. It made Finn practically shudder. His family, being as wealthy and respected as they were, had managed to create a rather safe and sheltered life for not only Finn but his plethora of brothers and sisters too. They enjoyed the luxuries of safety and warmth, of education and meals at every mealtime. Extras too such as books and toys and whatever else their little hearts could dream of. Finn knew that most were not as lucky as he. Coming out of his thoughts Finn heard the young lady ask his name. He laughed, a rich baritone of a sound before shaking his head at her. “Just call me Finn little lady.” He winked at her before adding, “And don’t worry about the jacket. Take it, clearly you need it more than I do. I really don’t mind the cold so don’t worry about it.” He winked at her again before grinning. He wondered suddenly what had she been doing out here, other than drawing in the snow. Raising a brow suddenly Finn asked, “So what brings you out here, little miss?”

“Oh my god can you be any more adorable? Such a pretty name for a pretty girl.” Finn clucked, still not realizing that this ‘girl’ was really a man. Not that it would have changed one iota of Finn’s thoughts towards her nor would he retract any of his compliments. I mean okay she was a he but he was still one hell of a pretty he. There was no changing that and Finn was honestly so laid back about most things. He practically never got upset. I mean even when his father called him worthless and an imbecile, a disgrace to the family, Finn had only taken his father’s words in stride. Deep down it was his pride speaking. He couldn’t help it just like Finn couldn’t help that he’d been born with barely any himself. In any case Finn found himself nodding, agreeing with Misaki’s words as she seemed to hit the nail on the head with his previous thinking and the world’s current state.
Really everyone was so busy with getting high or fucking their worries away or getting rich or staying alive no one bothered to just stop and take a moment. Sad really how that aspect of the world hadn’t changed while everything else around it did. Maybe that was why the mighty goddess of light had left. She lost hope of anyone ever changing. With his mouth in a grim line Finn was again so caught up in his thoughts he nearly missed Misaki’s question. He did a double take before muttering, “Huh?” Then thinking back he suddenly laughed again, shaking his head before turning to face the forest instead of Misaki. “Oh ice figurines. I was hoping to broker a deal between myself and this fancy ice ornaments store so that I could get a big order for a good price so I can resell them in my store again. I have this little odd ball place that sells various things but mostly surfboards. My passion is surfing you see.” Finn glanced back down at the girl before grinning, “I’m an amabie you see, so don’t go losing your heart to my magnificent charms.” He winked, shameless.

Wincing dramatically Finn places a hand over his heart. “Ah how you wound me young maiden.” Finn teased though found himself actually, a little, disheartened to hear that Misaki was indeed taken. But well, good for her then. Finn had yet to find his other half, whoever they may be. However what she said next completely bowled Finn over. Quite literally; losing his balance somewhat Finn bent at the side, arms precariously outstretched as he gaped openly at the ‘girl’. Well damn! Finn being just as shocked by the news that ‘she’ was a ‘he’ as much as he was stunned that he’d been goofing off around royalty! A king no less! Didn’t they chop of the heads of idiots who made fools of themselves around such high nobility?!
Oh man he really needed to learn to keep his big trap shut! Suddenly a slight breeze picked up and made its way across the area where Finn and the king where conversing but it was strong enough to tip Finn’s precarious balance, sending him sprawling back on his behind. Still gaping Finn really did miss what Misaki said next, too busy being haunted by how much of a dipshit he’d been around the royal highness. Hell he was still gaping for crying out loud! Suddenly Finn shut his mouth tight before slowly making his way to his feet. He bowed properly, all hints of his flirty playful behavior gone as he said solemnly, “Your majesty, please forgive my actions. I’m a tourist essentially and I had no idea who you were, had I known I would have certainly shown you the required respect much soon, again my apologies.” Finn lowered his head whilst bowing, utterly serious and cordial as he meant every word that he spoke now to Misaki.

Finn didn’t make a move for a moment after Misaki spoke but finally he peeked up his head if not changing his stance. “Are you quite sure, your majesty?” Honestly Finn had never come close to meeting royalty before, other nobility yes but never royalty. He wasn’t really sure what to do, if being himself would really be proper. But Misaki seemed sure and insistent even. So, slowly, Finn straightened himself back up to his full height which was only a little bit menacing. His soft features usually helped but unfortunately Finn’s face was pulled into a look of complete seriousness. His playful side having taken a big knock as I’m sure you can understand. Shyly scratching the back of his head Finn suddenly blushed. “You do?”
He inquired softly of the King when he made mention of his like towards Finn’s usual behavior. However Finn remained nervous, peeking around as if this was a setup. “Listen are you quite sure? I may not have been raised around royalty but I know my manners.” He added to the King ( not so very formally ) before he couldn’t help but smile and mutter under his breath, “I’m not surprised, most folks wouldn’t dare be so dumb…” Then laughing at the King using the word ‘enchanting’ Finn couldn’t help but fall back into his usual self after that. Wincing again slightly he shook his head. “No please your maj- Misaki. No I’m quite alright. It wasn’t so much the wind as… Shock.”
Laughing again Finn once again rubbed the back of his neck nervously before he realized something. Frowning again he voiced his concerns. “But wait, you’re out here alone? And you are the King? Is that wise?” But then suddenly Finn bit out, in his usual flirty way, “Damn you have such amazing eyes.” He blinks then blushes, “Aya! Forget I said that!” He shouts in his panic. The knowledge that Misaki was taken before, however slightly disappointing, hadn’t been that big of a deal news wise. Now that Finn knew that Misaki was King however and his husband would share that exact same title, well he was sure to be more respectful towards Misaki’s ‘taken’ status. His blush ever increasing cutely, highlighting Finn’s own feminine appearance. Hopefully the King would not make a comment cause usually Finn just reacted these days. By breaking your face.

Misaki blinks, nodding,"Shock.. I.. Understand.. Everyone's always either shocked or disappointed once they find out I'm a guy.. And King, no less."
Misaki had to admit, his blush and nervousness were indeed adorable. He then blushes at the comment, shyly glancing down then glancing back up, smiling faintly,"Thank you. They're Lavender.. I think.." He then answers,"And this is a place no guards are at. I don't have any personal guard, surprisingly. So out here, I guess I am defenseless.. But no one's usually out here, so I do not think I am in danger." He then giggles,"I would of never knew you'd be someone to so easily blush." He faintly teases playfully, in hopes of getting his normal side out.
Finn didn’t make any comments other than to laugh at the King’s comment, it going a little pear shaped and reminding one more of ‘word’ vomiting than anything else which Finn thought was adorable. One of his little sisters used to stumble over her words, being horribly shy. He used to tease her mercilessly about it just so he could see her blush because she was extra cute when she blushed. Though most of the time she got the wrong idea and called him an ass which Finn supposed he could be at times. He never meant anything by it and he knew for a fact that most of the time his sister was biting her tongue to keep from laughing. Yeah… While Finn didn’t miss his parents all that much his siblings were another matter. Worse was that most of them were prideful ‘stick up their arses’ like his parents were, ignoring calls or letters home. Others though were more forgiving and would make a call or return a letter once in awhile.
At the very least to let him know that no one had died or was gravely ill. Sighing Finn nodded at the King’s next comment but did add. “Well I’m not disappointed. I don’t mind at all. I have a few friends of similar looks and inclinations. Myself included considering I’m pansexual. Though if I may, I’m sure most of the time their disappointed that you are male because they find you absolutely breath-taking.” Finn grinning at that, but then Finn became serious once more when Misaki explained that he didn’t have a personal guard nor was this place guarded. Finn didn’t think that was wise. He stiffened somewhat at the King’s playful teasing however. Oh he knew he was being teased but still.
Had he to be teased about his blushing on the rare occasions it did happen? Finn obviously being a man of 'I can tease you but you can't tease me'. Coughing and glancing away Finn muttered, “Dunno whatcha mean.” Finn then perhaps surprising the King when he turned back to him, being serious again, “But listen Misaki I don’t think it’s wise to not be guarded. You’re someone important. Every King has his enemies and I’m sure yours would love to get one over you. Not to mention some common criminal thinking he could achieve fame or riches by your death. You should be more careful. I mean I was out here today, after all and as harmless as I may be, you never know who you come across. And I’d hate to see those delicate lavender eyes harmed.” Finn pulls his most wicked grin, indeed snippets of his old self shining through as he stepped forward mock menacingly before chuckling and reaching out, gently tucking some of Misaki’s hair behind his ear. Damn the cute ones were always taken, weren't they?

At the seriousness, Misaki tilted his head. How could someone be so funny and flirty one minute, then serious the next? Was his teasing too harsh?" His eyes then widen at the 'enemies' part, making him frown,"You think I have enemies? I honestly didn't mean to upset them. Who are they? I shall wish to go apologize directly for whatever I did to upset them." He then blinks, seeming even more confused about the tucking his hair behind his ear. Normally he would of blushed, but he was too concerned now about the enemies he had made.
Finn just laughed, shaking his head. He let pulled his hand away from Misaki and pocketed his hands, wondering about his reaction. Maybe he was a bit naïve? He seemed young, though not that young. “You’re a strange one aren’t you?” Then with a careless shrug Finn nevertheless took the time to explain, “I honestly have no idea if you have enemies or not Misaki. Just usually, in my knowledge, if you are of royal blood than that means you or your family even, have at least one enemy. It happens to important people. Others get jealous or are just plain cruel. They wish to sow discord for amusement or maybe they even want your kingdom. Or if to even just harm you in a show of power, just to let others know that they can, that they are more. I don’t mean this will happen or that it’s even the case."
"But yeah… That’s usually how it works? Hey I might be completely mistaken but that’s just how every being is. Take me for example. I’m not of royal blood but I own a really well off business and I have tons of competitors out there wanting to close me down or take away my business because they feel threatened. If I’m more successful than they are they might feel insulted about their ‘failure’ or, most usually, they get upset because their business in turn does more poorly and they have to scramble not to go under. If I went to apologize to them it would mean nothing, I’d still be me, I’d still have a successful business taking away potential profits. You see? People can’t get along is the problem.” Finn nodded his head, so sure of himself before looking around again. Honestly he came here to take in the scenery, instead he found the most alluring and charming individual he’d met in a long time. He turned back to Misaki. “Hey want to take a walk with me?”

Yup definitely naïve Finn thought, just smiling at Misaki’s musings. He knew he was being silly, all concerned over a stranger but even so Finn didn’t actually point out that as King, Misaki could do as he pleased, actually not needing a guard at all if he did not so wish. Finn had a feeling that if he did Misaki would not get one and really, he should have at least one guard accompanying him. Finn didn’t follow political news often but surely the Ice Kingdom did have its enemies. Enemies that would just love to see their king dead and gone. But Finn refrained from saying this as well, not wanting to upset Misaki and noting his negative earlier reaction towards having enemies, knew that this blunt statement would only do more harm than good. Finn just hoped Misaki didn’t come to harm. Even if a guard could be tedious and take away from one’s privacy it was for the best.
Especially if Misaki liked to wander away from his castle which he seemed inclined to do. Suddenly however Finn balked before he could smile at Misaki agreeing to a walk with him. “Me?! Goodness no!” Finn shook his head vehemently but then even he looked unsure. “I mean I just met you for crying out loud. I’ve hardly known you long enough to call you either an enemy or a friend. But… If I were an enemy, I’d wish to see you harmed or upset, hurt or terrorized and as far as I can tell I’m just upset that you’re taken because really, you are just the cutest little thing that I’ve ever seen with those sinful lips and heavenly eyes of yours and if I could, I’d steal you away and keep you all to myself, exploring you by kiss alone, all over.” Finn winked as that wicked charming grin was back. He walked backwards a bit before pivoting agilely and starting to walk in the direction, unbeknownst to Finn, of a park. He started whistling a tune, wondering if Misaki would follow him. He hoped he would but maybe he’d gone a lil too far?

Finn, laughing, pivots around and winks at Misaki. “Oh I’m deathly serious. I never say anything I don’t mean. I mean, it doesn’t make sense or help anyone to make a compliment you don’t mean or feel. Telling a girl she looks pretty in that dress or her hair looks well done when the dress is horrible or the style of her hair sucks just does more harm than good. So when I say your eyes are beautiful and that I’m saddened you’re taken, I mean it.” He winked again before turning back around, walking normally once again as Finn took in the sights around him. “And I have absolutely no idea. But that’s the fun with it! Like a real adventure! I often just walk and get lost, but getting lost is part of the journey and- Oh look! A park!” Finn beamed, bounding over to where a set of swings stood frozen and where a slide sat in similar position. Finn didn’t seem disappointed. Instead he laughed before being taken with a sudden deep urge for folly. He ran then jumped straight into a pile of snow, disappearing though you could still hear his laughter albeit muffled.
