Author name confusion

Hi. I'm having a few problems with books I've created under my author name which seem to be mixed up with another Irish author of the same name. I originally added the title 'Fionn: Defence of Rath Bládhma' to my list of books (as the author) but for some reason it no longer seems to be in there and shows up as a different Brian O'Sullivan. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Brian, Goodreads uses extra spaces to disambiguate authors with otherwise identical names. Your author profile is Brian^^^O'Sullivan, where ^ is a space. The two extra spaces in your author profile name are needed to attach your books to your profile. If you add books to Goodreads, you need to enter the author name with the extra spaces. I have moved Fionn: Defence of Rath Bládhma to your profile. Are there any other books you need moved over?

Ah! I found a couple more of your books that needed transferring. I should add to my explanation that because other databases (like Amazon) don't use the extra space system, your books may occasionally be imported incorrectly to the default Brian^O'Sullivan profile whenever Goodreads gets automated batch imports. Soooooo just keep an eye on the default profile (here: https://www.goodreads.com/author/show...) and post here to have them moved. Just like you did today :)

It gets confusing when a thread linked to a specific book or author is also used for other books. I am closing this thread. Start new ones for other books.
