Sandy Maybe it was just from Fee's own point of view.
They didn't like each other, Fee was going to sweep Mary right out of the house when renovating the house.
But to some extent, Fee should thank Mary, shouldn't she?

Severina Yes...to some extent Fee should thank Mary but don't forget that Mary didn't give her brother her fortune when she died..She just allowed Paddy and Fiona and their children to stay at Drogheda and leave in the big house but they were deprived of the money they would have deserved..Paddy was Mary's brother and she wasn't generous towards him.Fortunately Fee renovated the house in an exquisite way and it became a very lovely and cosy place..Mary carson had a special taste for furniture if my memories are good. She had a weird chair and awful stores in the house. She loved the Victorian style..

Severina Sorry i made a mistake.Mary had awful curtains in her dining room and other rooms..and the walls were covered with ugly wallpapers..
