One android, along with the head program, Rinzler, lead the programs to attack the town citizens, awaiting the students who will come to try take them down. They are drawing out one student in specific.

Rinzler stood in wait, the weapons of the program army buzzing softly with the hum of electricity and power. Rinzler stood at the front of the army, waiting for Terra. He knew she would come once she learned where he was and that he was endangering others. Though it might require some of her fellow students being hurt first. He didn't care, but he didn't want any of them killed yet. Clue would want to study them, see if they too could be made into soldiers.

Rowan ran to the park, thinking he could get away from the fighting, but then he saw all the programs and froze. They were really attacking everywhere! His heart sunk with panic and guilt.

Rinzler spotted Rowan and his eyes narrowed behind his helmet. "The Vampire." He growled and pulled out his discs and walked towards Rowan, his programs surrounding the young vampire.

Rowan cursed under his breath. He guessed he'd pretty much ruined this for himself after what he'd done last time. Maybe it was a good thing he hadn't drank in a while, because it made him more ready to fight. His blue eyes melted to red and he prepared himself.

Rinzler stood in line with his soldiers and smirked a bit. "Get him." He said simply and Cooly. With that command, the program's lunged at Rowan with their discs and light blades.

Rowan was once again left wishing that he had been able to get the cool powers his sister had. Those would make this so much easier, but instead he was forced to fight back using what abilities he did have. He tried to dodge the sharp objects as they were coming at him, and he was wondering what would happen if he disarmed one.

Rinzler smirked a bit as he watched his programs attack Rowan all at once. Two Programs wielded their blades and attacked from behind while three came at Rowan with light blades.

Rowan bit his tongue as one of the programs succeeded in slicing his arm. His fangs came out at the smell of blood, though it was his own. He wondered what would happen if he bit one and tried to rip it apart, because frankly this was overwhelming.

The programs' attacks seemed to increase once they realized they could hurt the Vampire. They continued to attack viciously. One program slashed him across the chest while another slashed his back.

Rowan finally let out a shout at all the cuts he was getting. He breathed a curse, wishing once again that he'd gotten the monstrel powers instead of Whitlea. Then he could return the favor to one of these programs. Deciding to risk what would happen, he pounced on one of the programs and tried to bite it's neck. He didn't even think about the plausibility of it working.

The program let out a yell in pain and drezed from the bite. However, it didn't bleed but instead shocked Rowan badly when it drezed.

Rowan shouted in pain as he got shocked. It hurt so much he could barely move. That was it then, he was going to die..... Maybe it was what he deserved. After all, this was all his fault. Death seemed like a good punishment.

A program pushed Rowan to the ground and put cuffs on his wrists and shackles on his ankles before dragging him back up to his feet and shoving him forward roughly toward Rinzler. Rinzler smirked behind his helmet, thought it couldn't be seen. "Let's call Terra now. I'm sure once see sees her precious parasite has been taken she'll show up." He said smugly.

"Parasite? That one's new," Rowan said, trying not to groan. He smirked, trying to be a smart-alec even though he was in so much pain.

Rinzler glared and punched Rowan in the gut roughly and grabbed the back of his neck to keep him doubled over. "Know this, demon. The only reason you're still alive is because I want Terra to watch you die slowly and painfully." He told him in a quiet but sinister voice.

Rowan groaned quietly, but something that Rinzler said got to him. "I told her I wouldn't die," he mumbled. "And I'm not going to." He was very weak, but he hoped that his strength would still be up enough to break the handcuffs. When he tried to break them though, he could get them to budge but didn't break at all.

Rinzler smirked when he tried to break the cuffs. "You won't escape this time, Demon." He spat and shoved Rowan to the ground. He pulled out his light blade and stabbed it into Rowan's shoulder, twisting it painfully.

Terra flew towards the park silently. She was getting close and saw what looked like a small Program battalion crowded around something or someone. She couldn't see who it was though and she was too far away to see or hear what was going on.

Rowan screamed, feeling more pain than ever. He'd never been hurt this bad before.

Terra's eyes widened when she heard Rowan. "ROWAN!" She shouted and flew down, landing in the circle with her two discs out, glaring at the other Programs.

Rinzler smirked a bit when he heard Terra shout and ripped the blade out as two Programs pulled Rowan to his feet and another put a blade to his back where his heart was. "Terra, you're later than expected."

Rowan straightened up, though he was in a lot of pain. Blood was dripping from his shoulder and he could feel it, which was very disorienting. He tried to keep his breathing steady, calm down his heart rate so just maybe he wouldn't bleed as much.

Terra's eyes widened slightly in horror when she saw how hurt Rowan was. "Rowan..." She said softly and then glared at Rinzler and the android. "Let him go, Rinzler. He has no part in this." She growled.

Rinzler smirked a bit. "Oh but he does. More than you realize." He said and looked at Rowan. "Why don't you tell her the truth?"

Rowan shot him a glare and swallowed. "He's right," he said, reluctantly. He couldn't say everything, if he did, something far worse would happen. But he just couldn't help but tell her right now. "It's....because of me that they're here..." He knew she wouldn't understand how, but maybe that was for the best.

Terra's face fell and she frowned in confusion. "I-I don't understand.... You didn't even know about the Grid before I told you about it." She said, confused, tensing a bit as she noticed the Programs tensing and gripping their weapons tighter.

"I didn't know about the Grid, I didn't know about Programs either. I'm involved much less directly than you think, and I can explain but..." Rowan winced, a wave of pain hitting him. "I don't think now is the time."

Rinzler pulled out his discs. "Terra, hand over your disc and we'll let him go." He said firmly, his voice completely monotone and soldierish.

Terra frowned and glared at Rinzler before looking back sadly at Rowan and bit her lip, slowly putting her discs back together to form her one disc.

Rowan felt awful, not just physically. He felt so guilty for all of this. He really deserved all of this pain, at the very least. Not only did he cause the fighting, but he also ran away from his problem. He was a coward along with a traitor...

Terra slowly handed her disc to Rinzler. Rinzler took the disc and pressed a small button on it, opening her coding. Terra bit her lip and forced herself not to cry. She knew what was coming. Rinzler found a code in her coding and suddenly pressed it a rewrote it. When he did so, Terra collapsed to the ground like a rag doll, unconscious.

"Terra!" Rowan shouted, startled out of his thoughts. "What did you do to her?" he growled, looking at Rinzler.

Rinzler looked over at Rowan. "She has been manually Overrided so to make taking her back to Clue easier." He stated simply before looking at his men. "Tie him to a tree and prepare a convoy to take Terra back to base. The others will stay and continue the attack on the school."

Rowan was angry now, he needed to find a way to stop them, but he hurt and he didn't have the strength.

"Yeah, okay, I'm done watching this train wreck," Mara said, pushing off the wall she'd been leaning on to watch. She hadn't wanted to interfere, but...now she guessed she had to. Holding up her pistol, she aimed at the program holding the sword to Rowan's back and pulled the trigger.

The program drezed and the others around him were in shock for a moment before they pulling out their weapons and four attacked Mara, including the two holding Rowan.

Rinzler glared but focused on his mission and picked Terra up with close to no effort and slung her over his shoulder before pulling out his light cycle and driving off.

Mara was a quick shot and had two of them derezed before they even got close. She didn't know what to do about the one getting away, she was sure that her bullet wouldn't catch him. Instead, she focused on the ones coming at her.

The rest of the programs began attacking while half retreated back to base. with Rinzler.

Mara shot up as many as she could, making her way forward to Rowan's struggling form. He was trying to break the handcuffs without luck. Soon, Mara had gotten rid of most of them.

((Do you want me to make them a base somewhere on planet?))

The rest of the programs saw they couldn't stop her with what weapons they had now and retreated on their Lightcycles.

((Alright, I'll make it in town. It'll probably just be a warehouse kind of thing))

Mara glanced around briefly before replacing her pistol to it's holster. She helped Rowan stand again. "What did you think you were doing?" she asked roughly.
"Running away," Rowan grunted in reply. "Didn't work out too well." He looked around, panicked. "Where's Terra?! We've got to save her!"
"They went that way. I'll go with you, but you need medical help," Mara said.
Rowan shook his head. "Ridiculous, I'm fine. Lets go."
"No," Mara insisted. "I'll wrap up your shoulder first." She pulled off her vest and ripped the seams so that she could wrap part of it around his shoulder and part of his arm. She did it quickly. "Now lets go," she said, starting in the direction she'd seen the programs go. Rowan followed, still feeling weak, but his desire to save Terra overriding that.

Rowan and Terra walked through the park and Rowan remembered that they had been there before, but hopefully this trip would be better than the last. He kept his arm around her waist as they walked because it was comfortable way to keep her close.

Terra smiled as she walked to Rowan, leaning against him as they walked. She'd completely forgotten that they had fought here before. She was just content to be with him.

"So um...." Rowan cleared his throat, nervous for most likely no reason. "There's this....dance coming up next week and um....It's for Valentines Day, and I was wondering if you'd want to go? With me, of course, I just..."

Terra's eyes widened and she grinned. "Rowan, of course I'll go to the dance with you! Id love to, it sounds really fun." She said and smiled, kissing his cheek.

"You really do?" Rowan asked, actually a little surprised. "I wasn't sure since...we kinda ditched the last one, remember?"

Terra laughed a bit and nodded. "Yeah but that was because of something else. And plus, I've never had a boyfriend on Valintine's day, should be interesting."

"Well I've never had a girlfriend on Valentine's Day, so...this one has got to be special," Roan said, giving her a small squeeze. "What do you say?"

Terra giggled a bit and smiled, nodding. "I completely agree." She said and kissed his cheek gently.
