Can't add second author

The ebook and the kindle versions both have both of the authors. But when I try to add the second author to the paperback edition, for some reason it just won't let me add the second author. Can anyone work out what I'm doing wrong?

Got it added. Sometimes when the names are very similar, it has hiccups.
