Michele! I finally got Where the Crawdads Sing audio book from the library! I don't think it took 6 months--only about 3. Thank goodness it's audio because I wouldn't have time to read it. I'm almost finished with The Kiss Quotient (I had no idea that book would be so full of dirty talk!), so I'll start WTCS soon!

I'm almo..."I remember I lot of people were surprised at the dirty talk in The Kiss Quotient...I liked it though because it was different. I also really enjoyed the sequel, The Bride Test. I will be the first person to say I have a verryyy broad reading "palate" though....

I finally read and finished All the Ugly and Wonderful Things. Whew! That was a conflicting read.
Done! Just finished The Thief! So f-ing good! I devoured this series

Hey - I read this one. Gave it 4.5 stars. I didn't find it terribly dark - but it was damn witty, and a bit gruesome.

ok, I've never heard of that ..."Judy, I don't think it's on Netflix but I do think it's on Amazon Prime... I used to watch it on The History Channel - so if you have that on cable or satellite you should be able to watch it.
I also love Vikings! I still haven't finished season 5 yet. Thanks for reminding me that I need to watch the rest of it!

You know me and BRs--no guilt needed! And I've really wanted to read my first A.M. book.
But if ya'll are dying to read, you don't have to wait for me. I'm sending the manuscript back on Friday so that she can go through and make changes over the weekend, so my weekend should be free. If not then, it'll be another couple of weeks for me.
Michele--funny, not funny tidbit. I've had FIVE books come available at the library since I started this edit. And only one of them was supposed to. Thank goodness, two have been audio books--I still have time for those, but I ended up returning Year One and the 2nd one in that series, like we talked about, and put them on hold again.I'm at 80% on Where the Crawdads Sing (LOVE it! And I love how the narrator gives the accents a bit of a Forrest Gump sound!), and then I have Resistance Women coming up after that.

Thanks! She's done amazing in HS but is excited to move on... luckily she's staying home and attending the local University...the plan right now is law school after... Kendall is my oldest and Kalyn will be 13 in Sept.
