I think you have your books mixed up (view spoiler)

Found it, it's Held...
“If you left out the sadistic serial killer part of him, he was a great guy. He was clean and orderly. He was kind. He catered to the woman he loved. He was a great cook. He had high hopes for his career. He didn’t plop down in front of the television for hours at a time. He enjoyed playing games and great conversation. His sexual stamina was impressive. And he was a handsome man. It’s just that pesky habit of his where he raped, tortured, killed, and dismembered women that was a turn off.” —I think I'll pass...this sounds like a RL guy from around here...
For those who read Weaving Man (Prophecy, #1) by Tove Foss Ford, I just added the third book to GR, which is titled Eirdon. It was supposed to be released during the winter, but TFF was sick, so she's trying to finish it up now. In case you missed it, bk #2, Love and Sacrifice was released last year.
But what I really wanted to show you is a gallery that she added to her website. She's pictured all the characters here:

And I also found a pronunciation guide for people and places in Weaving Man:

I recommended books to Stephanie at Maryse's and then messaged her here and it hit me that she may not realize that I'm 'Nay'. We haven't done this in a while, so jic someone doesn't know:I'm Renee here and Nay at Maryse's.
Robin (Hill) is Robin here and R. Renee at Maryse's
Clear as mud? Don't feel alone. It took a while for most of us, including Robin and me, to get it straight! lol
I just won a copy of TJR'a new book through GR giveaway! Yippee!!!!!!
Great start to my birthday/vacation week!!
Pursuant to the message we just received from Grey, I'm up for a buddy read of any book at ANY time!

Do you know that they send *me* the message too? Isn't that weird? I mean... I send the message... I really don't need to get a message from myself, that's just weird. *giggle*

Renee wrote: "Tessa--I'm intrigued by Kneel. How's the editing?"Pretty good. I didn't have any issues with it. I ended up absolutely loving the story though. The emotionas it evoked just hit me hard.
Thanks, Tessa. A couple of reviews mentioned editing--that's the only reason I asked. Since you said it was angsty, of course I have to give it a try!
It might be one where there were some to start and the author went in and fixed them. And YES. Read it. :)
Tessa wrote: "It might be one where there were some to start and the author went in and fixed them. And YES. Read it. :)"OK, Yay! I'll have to put it on my 'On Deck' shelf.
I was just sitting on the couch, reading my book on my phone, and I see a notification that KAS 'liked' my review for The Wicked King, and I'm thinking, "Hmmm, don't remember that book, but maybe I marked it a while ago and she simply liked that it was on my tbr shelf."Then a few seconds later, I see another notification that Michele 'liked' my review for The Wicked King. Hmmm. So I pull it up and it seems that I left 4 stars for a book I've never even heard of! 😂
I put the first one on my tbr a while back, but I rarely put the next book in a series on my tbr until I'm ready to read it (so that I don't get a crap-ton more books on my tbr shelf).
So if you see this, Michele, you don't have to be envious, because I haven't read the book! I said this on my 'review', but then I deleted the book from my shelves, so the comments were deleted too.

It's like your GR account was hijacked! Is nothing sacred ...lol!
I've been finding a lot of books that I KNOW I marked 'to be read' unmarked lately. Like Sharp Objects. Back when I read Gone Girl and loved it, I put Sharp Objects on my tbr, and I just saw that it wasn't on any of my shelves. I've found about 10 books like that in the past few months. Weird!
I just found another one! Virtuous by M.S. Force. I marked that years ago when Aestas Book Blog was talking about how wonderful it was. Just now got it for free and it wasn't on my tbr anymore.
I know, you guys were "liking" my review of one of Emma's books the other day...and I was like...uh, OK...why? I mean, that's good...great, but why??? I read it forever ago. 😂
Well if stuff starts dropping off my TBR I'll probably never realize it since it's totally out of control ...
Hey gals! I have a question. I just DNF "Behind Closed Doors" at 21%. It was just too much for me and I immediately returned it to the library. But now I want to know how it ends! Can one of you that read it spoiler it out for me please? I think 4 or 5 of you actually 5* it! Thanks!
Did hackers hijack Maryse's blog? Ever since last night my phone won't let me on. I keep getting warning message that "connection not private, attackers may be trying to steal your information". What the heck? If hackers want to steal my TBR info, they are welcome to it! Hee hee
