I was also in Washington DC for the JASNA AGM last week and took a few days to be tourist and see family/friends in the area.

Thank you Sarah Z for your wonderful posts here. I loved the first book (which was recommended and hand sold to me by the fabulous folks at Murder By The Book in Houston, Texas - it was on a display of staff recommendations).

I want the second book now (grabby hands)!!!

Me too! I visited places I used to frequent when I was an undergraduate there too. I'm turning my cousin's 4 month old and 7 year old into tiny Janeites with a copy of Cozy Classics Emma. I hope they develop a love of classic literature, Jane Austen and Regency set novels. There are so many good ones to share with them when they're older. My cousin and her husband were intrigued enough to read the picture book and my cousin may actually read Persuasion- if the children and her job give her enough time.

The library across the street from my work has it but I have no time to read right now. I'm eagerly awaiting winter when the museum closes and I have time to read again! Only a few more weeks... My winter reading list grows ever longer thanks to Good Reads.

Carol She's So Novel꧁꧂ I'll just mention I nominated A Useful Woman for the GR Historical Award. :)
