Two things.

Goodreads do not like members being called out in threads on their official groups. I recommend you delete the reviewer's name in your comment.

Edit; Called out is a bit strong. First time I've ever seen an author want a 5* review deleted! :)

Librarians are volunteers who do the book cataloging. We can't help with issues like this.

And very fortunately we can't, I might add :) Librarians being able to delete reviews would be a slippery slope. I'm not even sure Goodreads staff will be willing to delete the review.

I deleted my request so the reviewer's and my question is no longer available. Off course I like the 5 star review!
