House of Mirth by Edith Wharton. Actually I feel sick just thinking about it. My copy had about three point font and a good six hundred pages of boring disgusting rude (view spoiler)[ suicidal (hide spoiler)] people. Sorry a bit of a rant but probably reason #2 I hate English lit. Ugh.
