1. Let’s talk about Don’s friends Gene and Claudia.
Does Claudia think their marriage is as open as Gene does?

2. Do you like the 1st person narrative?
Why or why not?

Yes Gene, not a fan of his at all, for obvious reasons. And like Susan said Claudia must be blind or stupid, or both! And I also don't believe Gene is a true friend to Don.

The writing style doesn't bother me either way.
