Hi! I've been looking for this book for awhile now.
The h meets H shortly after the death of H's first wife. Totes cliche of how he just needs a mother to his children and can't love h because he's in love with his first wife. The children didn't take to the h except for H's son and h was often left out on family events. After many years h finally asked for a divorce, for which H's son supported her on, but H won't cooperate.

Does the heroine ask for the divorce when they are both middle age? And was the heroine encouraged by his son to ask for the divorce?
