Qustion about a book title

I know kindle single needs to be removed from the title. What I'm wondering about is do I remove the subtitle? There a lot of books with the title The Elephant in the Room. If the subtitle stays do I remove the speech marks around alt-right?

Edit; the author in his blog doesn't have speech marks around alt-right.

The description needs editing as well, but I thought I would wait till I had a ruling on the above. :)
