It's already been read in past reads, so you are requested to suggest some other book of your choice :)

Vote for Borges people. Not a writer that is as well known as someone like Dostoevsky, so most people probably haven't read his work. A shame, because Borges is no less talented than any writer Europe has ever produced. As good a book of short stories as any compiled in the 20th century, or any century for that matter. The work of a genius.

This is going to be fun. Why I Write by George Orwell and Roald Dahl's Skin and Other Stories seem pretty interesting to me. :)

I would recommend reading "The Way of Kings" by "Brandon Sanderson". It's epic and has some of the best world-building ever. It's going to be the next best thing in the Fantasy Genre.
Short stories of Alice Munro xD
On becoming a Leader by Warren Bennis. Its an excellent book for everyone to read at least once in lifetime.

Genio wrote: "The Library of Babel - Jorge Luis Borges (39 pages in hardcover lol)."It's a short story. What do you expect? Much better to read ficciones.
As for the topic, Siddhartha by Herman Hesse. 109 pages.

At least everyone can finish Library of Babel in a month. And also be able to discuss it, as it's just one story. But whatever goes.
I am for reading both, start off with the library of Babel, finish it by lets say 10th or 12th of this month and then move on to reading the Siddhartha while we discuss the Babel. what say you guys ?
150 pages per month is easily manageable.

We'll finish one book and that'll set the momentum for the next, longer, one. Library of Babel comes first.
